Arthur's Missing Pal Trivia Quiz

Buster rides roller skates to the Read house and when he gets to the door, he begs for Arthur to let him in. So, Arthur stops feeding Pal for a few minutes and lets Buster in. Buster causes a bit of havoc with his roller skates before he can finally stop. Buster reminds Arthur that they had arranged a huge water balloon fight and Arthur was already supposed to be there. Arthur admits that he forgot about the water balloon fight and hurries to it, forgetting to feed and walk Pal.

At home, D.W. keeps trying to put together a "Mary Moo Cow" puzzle, but Pal and Buster keep accidentally ruining it. She ends up crying at one point. Eventually, she gets to go to the show.

Pal drinks all the water in his water dish and he has to pee. However, he cannot get outside. Arthur isn't paying attention to him and no one else is willing to help him.

Arthur hides behind bushes in his yard. He easily sees Francine coming and is about to hit her with a water balloon, but then Pal scratches on the door begging to be let out. Arthur tells Pal to be quiet. Francine hears that and throws a water balloon at Arthur. They all go to the Sugar Bowl to celebrate.

A kid gets on a riding lawnmower while wearing headphones so he does not pay attention to where he is going. Pal is in the area and he is terrified. He ends up getting his collar stuck on a pipe while the careless kid comes close with a lawn mower. Pal struggles and struggles and gets free of his collar just in time and runs off. The lawnmower hit the pipe and not Pal.

Buster notices an ice cream cone on the ground and pawprints that match Pal's. The prints lead to an ice cream truck. Pal is inside the truck and Arthur and Buster see him, but it drives off before they can get him out of there.

Back at the Read house, Buster notices that Pal's food can is unopened. He concludes that Arthur left it there when they went to the water balloon fight. This is when Arthur realizes that it's his fault that Pal is missing. Arthur is depressed that night.
