1. Only three action figures were released for the Cobra faction during the first wave of "G.I. Joe" in 1982. Two of them were the generic Cobra soldiers and Cobra Officers. Which of these was the third?

Answer: Cobra Commander

The Cobra soldier was sculpted in a dark blue uniform with a red Cobra insignia on the chest, a dark blue helmet, black utility belt and a black mask. The figure came with either a simple machine gun or a bazooka (JCPenney exclusive). The Cobra Officer looked very similar to the Cobra soldier, but had slightly different uniform molding and sported a white Cobra logo instead of a red one.

The third Cobra figure that was released in 1982 was Cobra Commander who was initially released as mail-in exclusive. The figure was sculpted with a light blue uniform with a blue helmet and silver face mask covering the head.
