Answer: Seinfeld

"Seinfeld" ranks with "Friends" as the most popular television comedy of the 1990s. The premise was the life of comedian Jerry Seinfeld and three good friends, George, Elaine, and Kramer. They claimed the show about doing absolutely nothing. The New York comedian was the first to make one million dollar per television episode.
2. Mayor, Tabloid TV, "Take care of yourself"

Talk show host, Jerry Springer (1944-2023), was at one point the Mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio (1977 and 1978). He became a television broadcaster and landed his own series, "The Jerry Springer Show", which ran from 1991 to 2018. As the show progressed it became the ultimate example of shock value as the tabloid headlines were the focus of the show. Jerry ended each episode with "Final Thoughts" and said "take care of yourself and each other".
3. San Francisco 49ers, Wide receiver, Hall of Fame

Jerry Rice has been named the greatest player in National Football League history. The wide receiver attended Mississippi Valley State University and was drafted by the 49ers in 1985. Together with quarterbacks, Joe Montana and Steve Young, Rice broke every record for NFL wide receivers and won three Super Bowls with San Francisco (Jan. 1989, Jan. 1990 and Jan. 1995).

He was a first ballot Hall of Fame inductee in 2010.

The silhouette on the National Basketball League logo is that of Hall of Fame shooting guard Jerry West. After graduating from West Virginia University, West was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in 1960 and was a perennial NBA All-Star and among the highest scoring players in the league.

He retired in 1974. He became General Manager at the Los Angeles Lakers in 1982 and won six titles as GM with his original team.

Jerry Falwell was a Baptist minister who founded Liberty University in 1971 with Elmer Towns. Falwell was a highly influential televangelist who was seen on the "PTL" network delivering his conservative Bible based messages. He led a group called the Moral Majority that tried to influence public opinion and sway elections to candidates who supported his conservative opinions.

Jerry Cantrell was a founding member of the Seattle grunge group, Alice In Chains, when it started in 1987. While lead singer Layne Staley was alive, Cantrell was the lead guitarist and famous for incredible solos on songs like "Would?", "Rooster", and "Nutshell".

After Staley's drug overdose, Alice In Chains continued and Cantrell was not only playing lead guitar but also singing more with the group.

If you watched American television from 2000 on, you likely heard the words, "produced by Jerry Bruckheimer". The shows included the entire "CSI" collection, "Cold Case", "The Amazing Race", and "Lucifer". Many of Hollywood's biggest action blockbusters were also produced by Bruckheimer.

They include 2025's "F1", both "Top Gun" films, "Bad Boys", and "The Pirates Of The Caribbean" series.

The Grateful Dead, founded in 1965, played Woodstock, the Monterrey Pop Festival, and over 2,000 shows in their long career. Founding member and band leader, Jerry Garcia, took the California jam band all over the USA and was followed by super fans known as Deadheads. Ben & Jerry's ice cream named a flavor "Cherry Garcia" in honor of their favorite band's leader.

Jerry Lewis (1926-2017) was given the nickname "King Of Comedy" after spending eight decades in the spotlight. He began a comedy duo with legendary crooner Dean Martin during the 1940s and 1950s. Lewis starred in films including "The Nutty Professor" (1963) and "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" (1963). Beginning in 1966, The Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon premiered and ran on Labor Day weekend for 44 straight years.
