Played by Alex Henteloff, Casey was assisting Hawkeye, who is amazed at his surgical skill. Later, it is revealed that Casey was an imposter. In a conversation with Hawkeye, he says he has had many occupations, "I've passed myself off as a teacher, a lawyer, an engineer... I can do it all. I just never had the patience to go through it by the numbers." He also discloses that his actual name is Schwartz. Hawkeye lectures him about acting as a doctor without a license, but at the same time marveling at his ability.

At the end of the episode, as Casey leaves camp, he shows Hawkeye a cross pinned to his uniform. He is now posing as a clergyman.

Answer: a wedding gown

He delivers x-rays to Hawkeye in the Swamp. Hawkeye advises him to wear a slip the next time he wears the gown. "With the sun behind you, I can see clear through to your shorts."

When he stands up, he groans in pain. Casey happened to be walking by and renders aid to the priest. This is when Casey confesses he is not a licensed doctor. As soon as Mulcahy hears that, his back pain returns.

Wearing only boots and a garrison cap, Hawkeye walks across the camp with strategically placed items covering him between the waist and thighs. He enters the mess tent and picks up a tray. At first, nobody notices and Hawkeye thinks he won the bet, but someone screams, then everybody sees. He places the tray over his modesty and beats a hasty retreat.

Answer: a correspondence course achievement to get a high school diploma

Henry inquires why he is signing when he had no knowledge of Radar's ambition. Radar had to take a proctored exam that came in what once was a sealed envelope. Henry agrees to administer the test, but switches the order of the questions. Radar gives the wrong answers since he had peeked at them and memorized them in order.

After Radar gives no correct answers, Henry finally gives up in frustration and signs Radar's graduation certificate.

Frank is on the out with Margaret and, devastated, gets intoxicated on the Swamp's moonshine.

A "ferret face" refers to someone who has beady eyes, a long, straight nose, thin lips, and a weak chin, giving them a rodent-like appearance. It is alleged that the nickname originated in real life when Larry Linville's brother called him that. Linville even suggested the nickname be used in the series.
