Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Sonic

Sonic, created by Sega, is a blue hedgehog known for his extreme speed. He can run faster than sound and uses that speed in attacks such as the "Spin Dash," where he curls into a ball and launches forward, and the "Homing Attack," which lets him target enemies in mid-air.

His main opponent is Dr. Robotnik, who attempts to dominate the world through machines. Sonic often travels with Tails, a two-tailed fox who can fly, and Knuckles, a strong echidna who guards the Master Emerald. Golden rings are scattered throughout his world and serve both as his protection from damage and as items he collects.
2. Crash Bandicoot

Crash Bandicoot is an orange, genetically altered animal that combines quick reflexes with unpredictable movement. His signature move is a spinning attack that knocks out enemies and breaks wooden crates placed along his path. Dr. Neo Cortex, the scientist responsible for creating him, serves as his main adversary. Crash's allies include Coco, his sister, who handles technical problems, and Aku Aku, a wooden mask that provides protection and guidance during his missions.
3. Spyro

Spyro is a small purple dragon who moves through his world by gliding across gaps, charging enemies head-on, and breathing fire at close range. His primary objective is to rescue other dragons and defend the Dragon Realms from threats like Gnasty Gnorc. A dragonfly named Sparx follows him, gathering nearby gems and changing color to show how much health he has left.
4. Tom Nook

Tom Nook, a recurring figure in the "Animal Crossing" series, operates as both shopkeeper and landlord. He manages the local store and arranges housing for players, offering loans that allow them to expand their homes. Repayment does not follow a fixed deadline, but the debt remains central to the system.

He appears as a tanuki, a raccoon-like animal from Japanese folklore, dressed in casual clothing such as sweater vests or patterned shirts.
5. Sans

Sans from "Undertale" is a skeleton who presents himself as relaxed and informal, often making jokes and speaking in short, casual lines. He wears a blue hoodie, black shorts, and slippers, and his fixed grin rarely changes. Beneath that surface, he has a detailed awareness of the game's structure and events.

In combat, he becomes one of the most difficult opponents, teleporting and manipulating gravity and to control movement and overwhelm the player.
6. Donkey Kong

The character of Donkey Kong relies on raw strength and mostly straightforward attacks. He is a large ape with brown fur and a red tie marked with his initials. His "Ground Pound" has him slam both fists into the ground, which stuns nearby enemies and breaks objects in his path. Diddy Kong, smaller and quicker, often joins him and brings speed to a fighting style that otherwise depends on power.
7. King Boo

King Boo serves as an antagonist in the "Luigi's Mansion" series. Larger than other Boos and marked by a crown, he commands a group of ghost-like followers. His abilities include invisibility, illusion, and control over space within his environment. One of his recurring tactics involves trapping characters inside paintings.
8. Clank

Clank is a small robot from the "Ratchet & Clank" series who was designed for combat but instead becomes Ratchet's partner. His body can transform into different tools, including a jetpack for flight and a device for underwater movement. He also uses built-in gadgets to solve mechanical problems, which shifts his role between support, navigation, and direct assistance.
9. Fox McCloud

Fox McCloud leads the Star Fox team and operates primarily as a pilot. He wears a green flight suit, a red scarf, and a communication headset used to coordinate with teammates during missions. His role centers on defending the Lylat system from threats such as Andross, a rogue scientist who has been exiled for dangerous experiments and now launches attacks using advanced weapons.
10. Big Daddy

Big Daddy from the "BioShock" series appears as a heavily armored figure in a deep-sea diving suit. The helmet features a glowing porthole, and the body carries industrial weapons such as drills or rivet guns. These figures protect the Little Sisters, who collect ADAM from corpses throughout the underwater city of Rapture.

Their movement is slow but forceful, and they can charge directly at threats.
11. Mario

Nintendo introduced Mario in 1981, and he is easy to recognize by his red hat, blue overalls, and thick mustache. His abilities center on jumping, which allows him to navigate obstacles and defeat enemies. He travels through environments that often include pipe systems linking distant areas. Power-ups alter his abilities.

The Super Mushroom increases his size, the Fire Flower allows ranged attacks, and the Starman grants temporary invulnerability.
12. Earthworm Jim

Earthworm Jim begins as an ordinary worm before gaining a powered suit that gives him a humanoid body. The suit provides strength, mobility, and access to weapons such as a blaster. Jim also uses his own body as a tool, extending it like a whip or using it to swing across gaps. His companion, Peter Puppy, shifts from a small dog into a larger, aggressive form when provoked.
