Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Allows the player to respawn with the equipment they had when they died.

Answer: Arms Grace

Ordinarily, when respawning, the player will do so with nothing but the starting gear they began the game with. If respawning at round 15, 20, 25 or higher, this gear is completely insufficient and will result in the player being extremely weak, likely to be killed again. Arms Grace aims to defend against this and offer an insurance policy.
2. Draws all enemies towards the user.

Answer: Now You See Me

This is, essentially, an inverse of In Plain Sight. Instead of being ignored, the player will now force all enemies to prioritize themselves and ignore their allies.
3. On killing a zombie with an explosive, they will begin to puke all over the place.

Answer: Projectile Vomiting

This is a Whimsical Gobblegum, so it is intended to be silly and funny instead of useful and effective.
4. Spawns a Nuke powerup.

Answer: Dead of Nuclear Winter

This Gobblegum would be great for those moments when the user is in trouble and just really needs all of the zombies in front of them to disappear without contest. It's also useful for helping allies out who find themselves in a similar situation, since a Nuke effects the entire map.

While it does greatly stun and stagger mini-bosses such as the Panzersoldat, it cannot actually harm them, so this gum will not be of much use if those enemies are the main source of a player's issues.
5. Unhappy with your Mystery Box yield? This Gobblegum will force a do-over, free of charge.

Answer: Respin Cycle

Of course, the whole dynamic to the Mystery Box is giving the player a random weapon in return for 950 points. Not all weapons are actually worth 950 points, so if the player gets a crummy weapon they don't want to use, Respin Cycle will freely respin the box up to twice at no extra charge. Additionally, the respin cannot yield a Teddy Bear nor can it land on the same exact weapon it just landed on, giving fairly decent odds to come away with a good gun from this gum.
6. Turns all nearby zombies into crawlers.

Answer: Crawl Space

This gum is incredibly useful in one extremely specific situation: attempting to upgrade the Wrath of the Ancients into the Void Bow on Der Eisendrache. Doing this has one step which forces the player to create six crawlers and lure them into a ritual space. This is ordinarily annoying and tedious, but Crawl Space makes it easy and immediate.
7. Spawns a Death Machine power-up.

Answer: Fatal Contraption

Unlike "Black Ops 1", the Death Machine deals infinite damage in this game, making it consistently useful throughout the game. In particular, the Death Machine is great at dealing with mini-bosses such as the Panzersoldat. This can be of great use to a player who is falling a bit behind on their gear, and is suddenly surprised by the appearance of a mini-boss. Popping this Gobblegum immediately takes a tense situation and turns it into a very fun one.
8. Allows the user to purchase one perk above the typical limit of four.

Answer: Unquenchable

Ordinarily, players can only buy four perks. More than four can be acquired through other means, but Unquenchable allows the player to simply buy a fifth perk, no questions asked.
9. Kills any nearby zombies upon repairing a barrier.

Answer: Board to Death

Another meme-y, funny, novel and humble gum that should realistically never see use in a remotely serious setting. It does technically deal infinite damage, which is great for if the player is camping on Nacht der Untoten or something. For anyone else, this gum's utility expires entirely after about Round 2. But it is funny killing zombies by repairing a barrier.
10. Gives the player a random gun every ten seconds for five minutes.

Answer: Disorderly Combat

This gum is both hilariously fun and genuinely effective to use. The player will not be able to manually switch guns while it is active, as the game will force them to switch to a new gun again and again and again, every ten seconds for five minutes. After the five minutes are up or, if the player takes on a new Gobblegum to cancel Disorderly Combat, they will receive their previous gear back as it was.

If the player uses this Gobblegum whilst having two Pack a Punched weapons on hand, all weapons given through this gum will come PaPed as well. If one of the player's weapons has an Alternate Ammunition Type, all guns given through the gum will as well.
11. The next weapon accepted from the Mystery Box will automatically be Packed a Punched.

Answer: Crate Power

Crate Power works with everything and anything that's either a gun or grenade, which is everything except the Ragnarok DG4 specifically as it appears on the Revelations map and the Apothicon Servant on Shadows of Evil. It is an easy way in particular to upgrade Monkey Bombs or Li'l Arnies, something which typically is a lot more annoying to achieve.
12. The player is granted Buy One Get One Free on their perk purchases, and has the typical perk cap of four ignored.

Answer: Soda Fountain

For each perk the player purchases, Soda Fountain will simply also grant them a second, random perk for free. It will also easily allow the player to earn the entirety of a map's perks in this way.

This gum's only criticism is that it is just as rare as Perkaholic, yet Perkaholic simply gives the player all perks, immediately, for free, without forcing players to do anything for them as Soda Fountain would. As such, Soda Fountain is effectively a worse version of Perkaholic.

That said, being slightly less effective than arguably the single most notoriously broken gum in the entire game really shouldn't be held too, too much against it. In a nutshell, this gum is still great and will serve players very well if they do not have any Perkaholics on hand.
13. With the exception of Wonder Weapons, this gum allows players to use any wallbuy to buy ammo for any gun.

Answer: Secret Shopper

Some guns, such as the Pharo, are strong in their own right but hold low ammo supply. Some, such as Zetsubou No Shima's Marshal-16 or Gorod Krovi's PPSH-41 are very strong but do not have their own wallbuys, making ammo hard to come by. Then others, such as Nacht der Untoten's Locus, do have wallbuys, but very expensive ones with expensive ammunition re-purchases. Enter Secret Shopper which, for ten minutes per activation, offers a solution to all of these problems.
14. Straight up freezes all of time and space for 20 seconds; nothing and nobody other than the player and other players can move once this gum is activated.

Answer: Killing Time

During the twenty second duration, any zombies which take even a tiny amount of damage will be killed once the timer is up and this gum de-activates.

On paper, one may ask why this gum is an Ultra Rare when Idle Eyes, a Common rarity, does what this gum does for ten seconds longer, and can be activated three times vs this gum's once.

And well, for the most part, you'd be absolutely right to question why anybody would ever use this gum, assuming Idle Eyes is available.

Killing Time was among the first gums Treyarch ever developed. Idle Eyes, on the other hand, launched as part of the game's very last DLC pack. So there was a time when Killing Time was the best choice for bringing enemies to a grinding halt.

Killing Time does actually do one single thing Idle Eyes does not: it pauses active traps and other environmental effects, such as the anti-gravity on Der Eisendrache. This is not really useful at all and doesn't come close to justifying Killing Time being a whole three categories rarer than Idle Eyes. But it's at least something.

If you, like me, were playing this game before Idle Eyes became available, perhaps you'd have some fond memories of using this as a means to regroup and achieve a couple of things free of zombie harassment. It can still absolutely do this, just in a manner vastly inferior to Idle Eyes.
15. Power Ups last 1.5x longer.

Answer: Temporal Gift

Any and all power ups with time durations will see these durations extended by 50%. By default, Double Points, Fire Sale and Insta-Kill last for 30 seconds, which will be increased to 45 seconds if under the effect of Temporal Gift.

Additionally, unclaimed Power Ups will usually fade away and be lost after fifteen seconds of being spawned. Temporal Gift extends this to 22.5 seconds, allowing slightly more leniency in the event that a power up is in a hard to get position, such as being surrounded by zombies.
