Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What is the name of the setting of this game's world?

Answer: Axteria

The very first mission showcases the player cruising through space before eventually arriving on Planet Axteria. Every mission or trial in this game takes place either directly in Axteria, or in space hovering next to or over the giant planet.
2. If the player sees a green dot on their radar, what does it mean?

Answer: The green dot is below the player

If the player is searching for an enemy that appeared on their radar, and the enemy's dot turns green, it means the player has gone too high looking for them and must descend at least a little bit. Some enemies, such as Robots, will merrily fly up to meet the player if the player gets close.

Some enemies, such as Stealth Bombers, will be completely invisible until the player gets right in their face.
3. If the player sees a blue dot on their radar, what does it mean?

Answer: The player is below the blue dot

Similar to the green dot, if the enemy's dot turns blue, it means the player has descended too much in searching for their enemy. Some enemies, like Robots, will not care as long as the player gets even slightly close. Some, such as Stealth Bombers or Drones, are a bit more shy and require them to be located precisely in order to fight.
4. If the player sees a yellow dot on their radar, what should they do with the structure at that location?

Answer: Destroy it

This mainly comes into play during the Mushroom Caves mission. But in general, large yellow dots are meant to represent mission specific targets which must be destroyed before the player can proceed.
5. During the third mission, we are introduced to the game's main antagonist. Who are they?

Answer: United States Space Force

According to the player's overhead agent, the United States Space Force essentially takes on a sort of "'Goliath' in a David v Goliath analogy, where it is a big, powerful force that Axteria's inhabitants actively rebel against.
6. What is the antagonist's primary goal?

Answer: Colonize and enslave local inhabitants

From the beginning, the player is told that the United States Space Force aims to colonize Axteria and its stars, along with enslaving the alien race living peacefully on the planet. Of course, the main goal is preventing this from happening.
7. Somewhat commonly referred to as the game's true 'story mode' by the community, what is the first mode available for play to the player?

Answer: Assault Mode

Assault Mode features missions which prompt the player to battle and navigate their way through a level, then get to the end and destroy a major structure or notable targets. For example, in Mushroom Caves, the player must get to the end of the cave and then destroy three tanks to finish the level.
8. This mode lessens the use for combat and prompts the player to sharpen their piloting skills. What is the second game mode available to the player?

Answer: Obstacle Mode

This series of five missions which get progressively harder aims to test the player's ability to squeeze into tight spaces, turn and roll on the fly, and pick apart asteroid-induced clutter to make it to the end.
9. The player will have to endure waves of enemies, confined to a space where they must destroy them all. What is the third mode available to the player?

Answer: Survival Mode

The player must fight an individual wave of one singular enemy, then combat a wave of a different enemy. The quantity of enemies naturally changes each wave, but the same, simple goal remains.
10. The final mode available to players, this one asks the player to quickly locate various items around a confined space, typically weaving in and out of enemy gunfire in the process. What mode is this?

Answer: Time Attack Mode

This is the only one of the four modes in which the player could get by, perfectly without taking damage, and could do so without themselves dealing any damage or trying to deal damage. The enemies are in significantly smaller quantity and aren't any harder to fight, generally rendering this mode as the easiest to complete of the four.
