Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Increases knife power and durability.

Answer: Stakeout Takeout Charm

Likely the first Charm you'll have a chance to come across in the course of the game, the Stakeout Takeout Charm is shaped like a Chinese takeout box and, when held in Grace's inventory, it supports the use of your knives which, while not all too plentiful, are extremely useful offensive tools that give her at least a bit of melee capability (without knives she's stuck with guns).

This Charm is, appropriately, found in the Pantry in the West Wing of the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center, so you'll have to defeat the Zombie Chef to get the Pantry Key to collect it.
2. Increases likelihood you'll survive fatal damage.

Answer: Eye Spy Charm

Shaped like a skull, this Charm also sits in Grace's inventory and, to be honest, it's not a bad one to keep around since it protects as a last-ditch solution, preventing devastating blows from being outright fatal. While it won't stave off death entirely it could, naturally, mean the difference between getting through a tough spot or loading from an earlier save.

The Eye Spy Charm is collected after Grace defeats Chunk-- the one in the East Wing-- which she can do by sinking a lot of firepower into it or by plunging three Hemolytic Injectors into its back.
3. Increases firepower when near death.

Answer: R.P.D. Charm

Addable to any of Leon's guns, this Charm, when attached, gives a bit of extra damage to Leon's weapons provided he's in dire straits; his health needs to be in a dangerous range to give a more substantial amount of firepower. Getting this one can be quite tough as well since, in addition to needing the Deluxe Edition of the game, you need to collect five different collectible 'Letters of 1998', two of which are in East Raccoon City and three of which are in Raccoon City Center.

Then, you need to find the charm waiting near Gun Shop Kendo, just past the R.P.D. Building, amongst the rubble.
4. Increases firepower at the cost of more sway while aiming.

Answer: S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm

A Charm that Leon can attach to any one of his automatic weapons, the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm is hidden away in a locker in the West Offices of the Raccoon City Police Department, right in the spot where Leon was expected to celebrate his first day on the force.

In one of the corners of the room you'll find a locker marked with the name JoJo, and thanks to Barry Burton, you'll be able to follow clues to find a key for it hidden next to the TV in the Operations Room. Alongside the Charm you'll find two tickets to the Raccoon City Zoo but, naturally, no one's using those.
5. Increases mid-range firepower, sacrificing close-quarter proficiency.

Answer: Cute Bear Charm

A Charm created solely for shotguns, this one is picked up by Leon if he finds his way beneath the Raccoon City Police Department, navigating into the parking garage where, at one time, he or Claire would've had to face off against a series of threats (including infected police dogs) back in "Resident Evil 2". Leon can revisit it by winding around from street level.

The Charm, shaped like a teddy bear, is found in the far corner of the garage.
6. Increases firepower only when the scope is not equipped.

Answer: BSAA Emblem Charm

A charm that only applies when connected to one of Leon's sniper rifles, the BSAA Emblem Charm is bundled along with some sniper gear found in one of the BSAA container crates in East Raccoon City, specifically the one next to the Applegate Hotel marked 04.

While you can pick up the BSAA Container Key from the bodies outside the Cedarbrook Apartments' underground parking garage, there are three locked containers to open, each containing goodies. Only the one contains the Charm.
7. Offers limitless bullet penetration and increases the firepower of the last bullet in the cylinder.

Answer: Power Shades Charm

Shaped like a pair of Wesker's sunglasses, the Power Shades Charm is sealed away in a briefcase in the old S.T.A.R.S. Office on the second floor of the Raccoon City Police Department, and getting it requires that you locate the code to unlock it, finding your way to a waiting book in the nearby library and using the photograph of Rebecca Chambers inside as your guide.

This Charm attaches solely to the Requiem, so there shouldn't be any confusion should you decide to equip it.
8. Increases firepower. (Grace Only)

Answer: Rugged Rookie Charm

This Grace-only Charm, found to be shaped like "Resident Evil 2" Leon, decked out in Raccoon City P. D.'s finest, is Grace's key to better gun damage with her limited arsenal of handguns. Provided at the cost of 6,500 Completion Points from the game's Bonus Options menu, you can nab this by being proficient with a multitude of tasks in the game as these are generally provided through achievement completion.

As with all of Grace's Charms, you just need to keep this one in the inventory to make use of it.
9. Increases firepower. (Leon Only)

Answer: Connoisseur Charm

This Charm appears as a molotov cocktail because, naturally, that too comes with its own sense of 'fire' power. Usable by Leon, this Charm needs to be attached to a specific gun, allowing that one weapon to have an increased heft added to its firepower.

It won't, of course, affect any other handling, ammo quantity, or reload time, so it will absolutely give a bit more space while fighting foes, but doesn't change the basic use of the gun. It's found in the Pantry in the West Wing Kitchen, but locked away in a wardrobe that only Leon can open.
10. Increases bullet penetration. (Leon Only)

Answer: Trusted Companion Charm

A Charm for handguns made only to increase bullet penetration, the Trusted Companion Charm looks exactly like Claire Redfield as she appeared in "Resident Evil 2", and as such, it applies only to Leon, whose story is connected to hers. This charm is collected through persistence, appearing in your Bonus Options menu, but only unlocking when you kill three hundred enemies in the game, which should tally up nicely for around the time you head to Raccoon City Center.
11. Increases precision and critical hit rate. (Grace Only)

Answer: Mr. Raccoon Charm

Meant to replicate the look of the Mr. Raccoon Memoriam Bobbleheads found throughout the game, this quaint Charm can only be collected by owners of the Deluxe Edition of "Resident Evil Requiem", and it unlocks off the jump, providing you with a boost to your handgun capabilities when playing as Grace in any difficulty. Leon isn't left out if you decide to go for the upgraded version of the game; he has a counterpart Charm.
12. Increases precision and critical hit rate. (Leon Only)

Answer: DSO Emblem Charm

Applicable only to Leon's handguns, the DSO Emblem Charm is the counterpart to the Grace-exclusive Mr. Raccoon Charm in that it automatically pops into your inventory when you start the Deluxe Edition of the game, providing a slight bump in capability if you pay-a-bit-more-to-play.

At this point you may be aware that a number of Leon's Charms are handgun-only. Only one Charm can go on each weapon, so you'll have to weigh out what's best for your approach.
