Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In this game, what organization do Leon and Sherry work for?

Answer: DSO

The Division of Security Operations, or the DSO, remains Leon's employer in "Requiem". While Chris Redfield persists as a member of the more elite organization known as BSAA, Leon (and Sherry) operates a bit more from the shadows, pulling in research from other international organizations to investigate Umbrella-related occurrences on a more discrete basis.

Naturally, every once in a while (as has been demonstrated time and time again), some of these leads take him into more harrowing encounters than others.
2. In the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center, Grace will meet a young, blind girl in a holding cell. What is her name?

Answer: Emily

When Grace finds the security office connected to the Care Center lobby (and the safe room there), she'll find an adjoining set of holding cells, both locked by high-level ID Wristbands. Once of these is empty, but the other contains Emily, a blind, young girl who doesn't have any idea of the fate befalling her and the rest of the facility. Grace makes it a point to free her from her cell and the Care Center, inevitably fleeing danger with her in her arms at some points, and it ends in tragedy no matter the course taken. Leon will have to destroy what Emily becomes to prevent Grace from perishing.
3. Leon obtains the BSAA Container Key in Raccoon City. Do any of these containers hold body armor?

Answer: No

There are four containers marked for the BSAA in Raccoon City, and three need a key in order to be opened for the goodies inside. The one that doesn't need unlocking isn't too essential, but the others are great.

The one near the central base camp contains a Repair Kit and a motorcycle which, naturally, Leon will get to ride. The others, scattered through the streets, contain a mixture of things. One contains a BSAA Emblem Charm; one contains a new rifle.
4. What three-letter name is given to the laboratory found in the ruined Raccoon City, the final location visited in "Requiem"?

Answer: ARK

After the events of numerous early "Resident Evil" games, one might assume that there's no more underground real estate available in Raccoon City, less so because of the missiles dropped on it to protect Elpis (as it turns out). They'd be wrong though; the game culminates in a visit to the ARK labs, where Zeno takes Grace in an attempt to unlock the power of Elpis and where Leon forges a path ahead to save her and, presumably, the world.

And yes, naturally the ARK labs are crawling with strong enemies (new Lickers!) and Umbrella agents out for blood.
5. If you don't want to collect Infected Blood from puddles on the ground, which of these items also provides set quantities of this material?

Answer: Transfusion Bag

Grace collects the Blood Collector in the Care Center's labs in the East Wing, and with it she opens up the opportunity to craft helpful consumables including armor, healing items, and permanent upgrades, all of which use components like Scraps and... well...

Infected Blood. The Blood Collector maxes out at 100 units (which can be increased) and blood can be collected from certain corpses, waiting buckets, and Transfusion Bags, which can be held in Grace's inventory or stored in a box, waiting for use, if her Collector is otherwise full.
6. Which of these are strategically set up in the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center Basement and the Water Treatment Plant to keep 'The Girl' at bay?

Answer: Ultraviolet Lights

As Grace finds out early on, 'The Girl', as the foe is referred to, bears a remarkable intolerance to light; it causes its skin to sizzle and burn, and she can use this to her advantage throughout the Care Center (and beyond). Heading into the basement to save Emily, Grace will come across clear files and vaguer indications that the scientists of the facility, using these chambers to harvest infected blood, lost control of 'The Girl', placing ultraviolet lights throughout the underground in an effort to eliminate the target altogether. Grace will ultimately defeat 'The Girl' using natural sunlight at the Water Treatment Plant.
7. The Classic 70 and the Marksman 1A are what types of weapons?

Answer: Rifles

Leon will find both during his segments of the game; Grace never gets her hands on a weapon larger than the Requiem. While the Classic 70 is in the upper office of the Care Center, and Leon can use it to support Grace as she races to the nearby chapel, the Marksman 1A can be nabbed from one of the BSAA containers in Raccoon City. Both guns have their merits; one will be more powerful in damage while the other will make up for a deficit through handling, reload, and recoil.
8. Which of these is the name of one of the singing zombies found in the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center?

Answer: Eileen Zimmerson

Indicated by files pertaining to her unique disorder, Eileen can be found, during Grace's explorations of the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center, when she steps into the conference room in the East Wing, above the labs where she first encounters Chunk and the Level I ID Wristband. Eileen's counterpart, Selena Corey, is in the lounge in the West Wing. Both of these unique zombies have the ability to shriek, not only incapacitating Grace or Leon (if they're still alive for him to encounter), but alerting nearby reinforcements and shattering all glass in the area.

They can otherwise be brought down like any other regular zombie.
9. The Distributor, the Relay, and the Signal Receiver are used to make what item in Raccoon City?

Answer: Detonator

East Raccoon City is a sprawling expanse of seemingly quiet buildings, streets, and tunnels, but Leon will be quick to realize that although the BSAA came in to secure the area and make their own way into the central part of the city, they failed. What results will be a trip to the roofs of many nearby structures to obtain three pieces of a Detonator, necessary for blowing up the perimeter wall and proceeding deeper into the ruins of the bombed city to locate Grace. All three pieces of the Detonator are in marked cases, and Leon will need to find a Repair Kit to fix the Signal Receiver. Fortunately, it's close to the base camp.
10. What word, used to describe a blood specimen, is spelled using the first letter of the previous nine correct answers?

Answer: DENATURED

There are three collectible Blood Specimens in the West Wing of the Care Center, all of which are found in the rooms connecting to the Blood Labs. All of these are quite valuable as they allow Grace to garner more insight into her Blood Collector's crafting capabilities, unlocking new recipes with which she can boost her stats and be more versatile in her adventure.

A Denatured specimen is next to the laser microscope in the lab while a Converged specimen and a Reversible specimen are found in nearby closet spaces.
