1. What would you use an aspirator for?

Answer: Collecting small insects

An Aspirator is two rubber tubes connected to a jar. Place one tube end over a delicate insect and the suck the other tube. Voila- the insect is sucked painlessly into the jar.
2. What is a beating tray?

Answer: a tray in which to collect insects

By placing a beating tray in a bush or on the ground and -yep you guessed it, beating the tree or bush- insects will fall onto the tray for collection.
3. Insects belong to the Phlyum Arthropoda. Which other class below also belongs in this phylum?

Answer: Myriapoda

Myriapoda class is that of millipedes and centipedes and stuff.
4. Where should you pin a beetle?

Answer: through the right wing

Beetles should be pinned down through the right wing so the pin emerges between the base of the second and third legs! Now you know.
