In 'Ninja Storm' the thunder Rangers Hunter and Blake were tricked and fought against the wind Rangers before realizing the truth and joining them in the fight. Trent from 'Dinothunder' was the evil white drago Ranger and nearly defeated the Rangers; he wasn't freed until Mezagog tried to distroy him but instead freed him from the evil Dino Gem. Finally in 'SPD' A-Squad turned evil and worked for Emperor Gruumm.

In the episode 'Thunder Storm' in 'Dinothunder', Tori, Shane, and Dustin were tricked into taking the fake power disks from Lothor.
