Everyone thinks that Ulster is only Northern Ireland, but the counties of Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan were left out when they were partitioning Ireland in the 1920's
2. In which county is the highest mountain in Ireland?

Answer: Kerry

The highest mountain in Ireland is Carrantuohill (pronounced Karan-tu-ill) in County Kerry, near Killarney. It's only 1,050m high, but the scenery when you're driving through those mountains is really pretty.

Answer: Lough Neagh

It's also one of the biggest freshwater lakes in Europe
4. A Gaelic football Question - Which two counties won the senior All-Ireland Gaelic football finals in 2002 and 2003?

Answer: Armagh and Tyrone

Armagh beat Kerry because of Oisin McConvilles goal in the 2002 final, for which he is still hailed as a hero in Armagh. Unfortunately they were robbed in the final of the following year by Tyrone, although the Tyrone team did do very well to win.

Answer: The Soldiers Song

The Irish National Anthem is played at all Gaelic and Hurling games, and was sung during the Easter Rising in 1916.
