Throughout the movie, Chris is trying to sell bone density scanners in order to support his family. His wife ends up leaving him and Chris and his son get evicted from their apartment. They have to stay in hotel rooms, homeless shelters, and when the shelters are full, they even have to sleep in a public bathroom.

"The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause", is the third and final of "The Santa Clause" franchise. Tim Allen plays Santa Claus and Scott Calvin in all three of the movies.
In this movie, Jack Frost is trying to take over Christmas. Santa Claus has to try and stop him. In part of the movie, Jack Frost does become Santa Claus. Scott had to cause Jack Frost to fall off the roof in order to become Santa Claus again.

"We Are Marshall", is based on a true story. The movie is about a football team that never make it to the game due to a plane crash, in 1970. The team is from Marshall University.
Matthew McConaughey and Matthew Fox from "Lost" star in the movie as the coaches. Throughout the movie, the coaches go around trying to find new players in order to form a new team for Marshall University.

Ben Stiller plays Larry Daley in "Night At The Museum". Larry is a security guard at the Museum of Natural History. At night when everyone is gone, everything in the museum comes to life. This is due to an ancient curse. One important thing that Larry has to do, is make sure none of the exhibits are outside. When the sun comes up, anything from the museum that is still outside turns to dust.

"Dreamgirls" is based on a 1981 Broadway musical. Jennifer Hudson from the third season of "American Idol" plays Effie White, Beyoncé Knowles from "Destiny's Child" plays Deena Jones, and Anika Noni Rose plays Lorrell Robinson.
Effie, Deena, and Lorrell, are are discovered by Curtis Taylor who is played by Jamie Foxx. The girls form a group called "The Dreamettes", and become a backup group for James "Thunder" Early who is played by Eddie Murphy.
Effie is the lead singer of the group, but is a bit over-weight. Deena is thinner and prettier. Curtis decides to change the name of the group to "The Dreams", and have Deena be the lead singer. Effie does not like this idea. Before leaving the group, Effie sings "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going", to express her feelings. Michelle, who is played by Sharon Leal, takes Effie's place.

Answer: Stranger Than Fiction

Will Ferrell plays Harold Crick in "Stranger Than Fiction". Harold is the only one who can hear a female voice. The voice seems to be narrating his life. He finds out the voice belongs to Kay Eiffel. Kay Eiffel is played by Emma Thompson.
The problem is that Kay is a not only a novelist, but is famous for killing off the main characters. Harold is the main character of the novel she is currently writing. Kay doesn't seem to realize that Harold is a living human being.
"Talladega Nights" is another Will Ferrell movie released in 2006.

In "Little Miss Sunshine", The Hoovers are trying to get to California so that Olive can compete in a beauty pageant. The name of the beauty pageant is called "Little Miss Sunshine".
Abigail Breslin plays Olive. Paul Dano plays Olive's older brother Dwayne. Dwayne wants to get into the Air Force, and has vowed not to talk. Richard and Sheryl are the parents. Greg Kinnear plays Richard, and Toni Collette plays Sheryl. Steve Carrell from "The Office", plays Olive's Uncle Frank. Alan Arkin plays Grandpa.
The Hoovers face many obstacles while trying to get to California. They travel in an old VW bus, and have to run pushing the VW to get it started. They also lose the Grandfather on the way. Dwayne starts talking again after learning he will not be able to join the Air Force due to being color blind.
Abigail Breslin's older brother Spencer is also an actor. Spencer was in all of "The Santa Clause" movies. "The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause" was also released in 2006.

Bartleby Gaines creates a fake college in order to make his parents believe he has been "Accepted". He names the college South Harmon Institute of Technology. Rory, Glen, Sherman, and Hands are Bartleby's friends.
Bartleby and his friends use an old abandoned psychiatric hospital for the college. Sherman who is smart helps build a website for the fake college. Sherman has an uncle Ben, whom they hire to be the dean.
Several students show up to the fake college after finding out about the college through the website.

"Flicka" is about a wild horse. The movie is based on the novel called, "My Friend Flicka". Alison Lohman plays Katy McLauglin. Country singer Tim McGraw plays Katy's father Rob, and Maria Bello plays her mother Nell. Katy's older brother Howard is played by Ryan Kwanten.
Even though nobody thought it could be done, Katy is able to tame a wild mustang.
