Mickey Rourke won for his performance in the film "The Wrestler". Rourke won numerous other awards for the performance including the BAFTA Award for Best Lead Actor. However he would fail to win the Best Lead Actor Academy Award with the Oscar instead going to Sean Penn for his portrayal of politician Harvey Milk in the biopic "Milk".

Answer: Ben Affleck
