Trumpkin is a tough, stern character, and is rude to most of the other characters. But Lucy is sweet and gentle. It is hard for Trumpkin to be mean to her, since she is such a sensitive and kind child. The two become friends, and before Lucy leaves to go back to England, she gives Trumpkin a hug. You can tell that he is trying not to cry!

Miraz has a son at the beginning of the movie. This means that he could become King, since he has an heir to the throne. Prince Caspian is the only person who is in Miraz's way to take power. Miraz also killed Prince Caspian's father, for the same reason.

Miraz is the ruler of a group of people known as the Telmarines. The Telmarines will kill anybody who gets in their way to make Miraz king of Narnia. If Miraz is king, the Telmarines will be in the dominant people, so they will fight anyone. The other choices are all groups who are fighting against the Telmarines, to keep peace in Narnia.

Peter and Miraz have a fight to the death, but when Peter has Miraz down, he lets Prince Caspian kill him, instead; Prince Caspian lets Miraz free, giving him another chance. It is actually one of the Telmarines who kills Miraz: he is killed by one of his own men.

Peter and Susan say that Aslan told them that they gained everything they could from their times in Narnia, and are no longer needed. Edmund and Lucy are very upset, but they understand Aslan's reasoning.
