"The Addams Family" is a 1991 film based on the television series from the 1960s. However, some aspects from the show were changed for the film. Raul Julia and Anjelica Huston star as Gomez and Morticia Addams. Gomez is desperate to find his long-lost brother Fester (Christopher Lloyd). Tully (Dan Hedaya), the Addams' lawyer notices that Gordon, the son of his lone shark, Mrs. Craven (Elizabeth Wilson), looks just like Fester. Tully and Mrs. Craven (who masquerades as Dr. Pinder-Schloss) conspire to trick the family into thinking Gordon is Fester so they can steal the family fortune. "Fester" has troubling fitting in with his new family at first but grows closer with his niece Wednesday (Christina Ricci) and nephew Pugsley (Jimmy Workman). However, Wednesday discovers the plot which forces Tully and Mrs. Craven to take drastic measures.

Christina Ricci reprised her role as Wednesday in the 1993 sequel "Addams Family Values".

"Monster" is a 2003 crime film based on the life of real-world serial killer Eileen Wuornos (Charlize Theron), though some names and events have been changed. Eileen works as a prostitute and falls in love with Selby (Christina Ricci). Eileen kills a man in self defense and vows to give up prostitution.

However, she and Selby find themselves broke so Eileen has no choice to return to her career. Desperate for money, Eileen begins killing and robbing men for their money, unbeknownst to Selby.

"Sleepy Hollow" is a 1999 film starring Johnny Depp as Ichabod Crane, a policeman who goes to Sleepy Hollow to investigate a series of mysterious deaths that seem to be connected to the Headless Horseman (Christopher Walken and Ray Park). Christina Ricci plays Katrina Van Tassel, the daughter of the town's richest man whom the events of the town seem to involve.

It soon become apparent to Crane that whoever is in possession of the Horseman's lost head must be controlling him and thus responsible for the gruesome murders.

"Mermaids" is a 1990 film starring Cher as Rachel Flax and Winona Ryder and Christina Ricci as her daughters Charlotte and Kate. The Flaxes are an unusual family. Charlotte, though Jewish, is obsessed with Catholic nuns and Kate is obsessed with swimming. Rachel moves her family to Massachusetts where people and events put a strain on their family life.

"Cursed" is a 2005 horror film starring Christina Ricci as Ellie Myers. Jesse Eisenberg plays Ellie's brother Jimmy. Ellie and Jimmy get into a car accident where the people in the other car die after being attacked by a strange dog. Jimmy believes the dog was actually a werewolf but Ellie maintains it was just a dog.

Raoul is supposed to go to Las Vegas to cover a motorcycle race. However, their travels through Vegas are marked by illicit drug use like LSD and going on frequent benders and diversions. Christina Ricci plays Lucy, a young tourist in Las Vegas who wants to see the Barbra Streisand concert. Dr. Gonzo gives Lucy some LSD and then abandons her when he realizes he can get in trouble for drugging her.

"Now and Then" is a 1995 film that tells the story of four high school friends who are now adults. The friends are Samantha (played by Demi Moore as an adult and Gaby Hoffmann as teenager), Roberta (Rosie O'Donnell and Christina Ricci), Chrissy (Rita Wilson and Ashleigh Aston Moore) and Tina (Melanie Griffith and Thora Birch).
