This was part of Hector's speech to the Trojans before the battle with the Greeks. This speech was after Paris had forfeited the one-to-one battle with Menelaus, and also after Hector had defended Paris by killing Menelaus.

Answer: Hurricane

The crew had filmed most of the movie and only had the last scene, the fight between Hector and Achilles, to complete. Unfortunately, a huge hurricane destroyed most of the set, so the scene had to be delayed for about 5 months while it was rebuilt.
