"Breaking the Chains" was Dokken's 1983 hit song from their album, "Breaking the Chains". The album acted as a catalyst to the band's eventual success. "Breaking the Chains" even had a music video, albeit an odd one. In it, the band were walking down a rather windy and unpleasant hallway while singing of breaking their own personal chains.
