This line up of Bruce Dickinson, Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, Steve Harris and Nicko McBrain would go on to produce two more albums, before Smith left the band in 1990.

The album featured a star studded backing cast as well, with Jack Bruce, Aynsley Dunbar, Steve Winwood and the great Tony Levin all appearing.

"Imagine" from 1971 was Lennon's second solo album after the break up of The Beatles and cemented his reputation as a songwriting genius, with songs such as the title track, "Jealous Guy" and "Crippled Inside". The album also saw fellow former Beatle, George Harrison appear on several tracks including some incredible slide guitar playing on "Gimme Some Truth".

"Brave" (1994) was the third Marillion album to feature Steve 'H' Hogarth on vocals after the departure of Fish and was a concept album inspired by a true story of a girl found by police wandering near the Severn bridge in 1988. She didn't answer any police questions, prompting theories she was deaf and dumb or perhaps didn't speak English or was suffering from amnesia. Once a national appeal was circulated, her parents recognised her and collected her from police custody, confirming to journalists that she was suffering from depression. Her name has never been made public.
