The Dead Weather held their first live performance on March 11, 2009 at the opening of Jack's new Record Shop/Performance Venue, Third Man Records.
2. After The Dead Weather's debut, which one of their songs was released as their first single?

Answer: Hang You From The Heavens

3. Which band member's face is split down the middle and mirrored on the front cover of the original American release of The Dead Weather's first album "Horehound"?

Answer: Alison Mosshart

The only way I could tell her face was mirrored was the fact that she has two moles exactly opposite of each other.
4. Which song from the album "Horehound" is a Bob Dylan cover?

Answer: New Pony

"New Pony" is the second song on the track list of Bob Dylan's album "Street-Legal", released in June 1978.
5. How many months after the release of "Horehound" did the release of The Dead Weather's second album "Sea of Cowards" take place?

Answer: 10 months

"Horehound" was released July 14, 2009 and "Sea Of Cowards" was released May 11, 2010.
6. According to Jack White, where did the title "Sea of Cowards" come from?

Answer: It is a reference to how people hide behind fake names while criticizing people over the internet

I used the word 'criticizing', Jack used the phrase 'spitting venom'.
7. What is lead singer Alison Mosshart's stage name with The Dead Weather?

Answer: Baby Ruthless

When Jack White first introduced the band, Alison was introduced as Baby Ruthless.

In Alison's other band, The Kills, her stage name is 'VV' and her band mate Jamie Hince goes by the stage name 'Hotel'.
8. When playing live, how many different keyboards does keyboardist/guitarist Dean Fertita usually use?

Answer: 3

Dean uses a Moog Little Phatty, a Wurlitzer Electric Piano, and an Korg organ.
9. During a special appearance at Third Man Records and Novelties West, a temporary store set up in Los Angeles while the Dead Weather was touring in LA, The Dead Weather's bassist Jack Lawrence and drummer Jack White switched personas to perform a special bass and piano version of what song by The White Stripes?

Answer: Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground

Jack White wore Lawrence's black pants and black leather jacket, a long, black-haired wig, Lawrence's glasses, and played Lawrence's bass. Jack Lawrence wore White's red t-shirt and red jeans from The White Stripes, wore a medium length, black-haired wig, and played the piano and sang the lyrics to the song.

The switch in personas was in celebration of the release of the Third Man Records "Bizarro" versions of previously released Third Man Records material. The records had reversed picture sleeves and inverted color and lettering on the vinyl labels.
10. In the limited edition Triple Decker Record of the Dead Weather's single "Blue Blood Blues", there is a seven inch vinyl record of a previously un-released Dead Weather song entitled...

Answer: I Feel Strange

With only 300 copies that were distributed and the fact that it is a brand new invention, the Triple Decker Record is one of the most expensive items that Third Man Records has ever made. A 12 inch record ("Blue Blood Blues/No Hassle Night/I Just Want to Make Love to You (live)") with a seven inch ("I Feel Strange/Rolling in on a Burning Tire") hidden inside it.

The Triple Decker Record has been sold over eBay for up to $900.
