Tom Paxton's "The Last Thing On My Mind" appeared on The White Brothers/New Kentucky Colonels 1973 album "Live In Sweden".
Clarence White was born on June 7th, 1944 in Lewiston, Maine and died on July 15th in Palmdale, California.
As well as playing with The Byrds, he was a member of Nashville West, Muleskinner, and the Kentucky Colonels.
White became linked to The Byrds in 1966 when he played along with former member Gene Clarke and became friends with the Byrds bassist Chris Hillman. White played on The Byrds' fourth album "Younger Than Yesterday" in 1967 and "The Notorious Byrd Brothers" in 1968.
At about 2am on July 15th 1973, White and his brother, Roland, were loading equipment into a truck after a reunion concert by the Kentucky Colonels when he was struck and killed by a drunken driver.
