Maria Vladimirovna Dolgorukova was the chosen bride for Michael by his mother Maria after his chosen bride Maria Ivanovna Khlopoca. Michael gave up on his chosen bride to marry his mother's choice only for his wife to die four months after the wedding.

The marriage of Tsar Alexis and his first wife was felicitous and harmonious with five sons and eight daughters. Only four sons and six daughters survived to adulthood.

There are no records that exist that show Peter and Catherine had secretly married in 1707. By then they had three children: Peter, Pavel and Catherine. By the time of their official wedding in 1712 they had two more children Anna and Elizabeth. The three eldest had already died in infancy before the official wedding.

She had changed her religion and took the new name Ekaterina Alexeievna "Catherine" who later became Catherine II also known as Catherine the Great.

Paul's first wife Wilhelmina (Natalia Alexeievna) died in childbirth so Catherine II arranged for his second wedding a mere six months after his wife's death.

Nicholas was twenty-one when he married nineteen-year-old Charlotte of Prussia who took the name Alexandra Feodorovna upon conversion to Russian Orthodoxy.

In July 1880 less than a month after his first wife Maria's death Alexander II married Catherine Dologorukov who had already given him four children. Both Catherine and her children were not accepted by his family so she wasn't his Empress nor were the children Grand Dukes or Duchesses.

Dagmar was originally engaged to Tsarevich Nicholas, Tsar Alexander II's eldest son. In 1864 Dagmar and Nicholas had gotten engaged only for Nicholas to die of meningitis in 1865 before they were married. On his deathbed his last wish was for Dagmar to marrhy his brother Alexander.

Answer: Nicholas and Alexandra

As Alexander III lay dying he sent for Alexandra to Livadia where the Tsar died surrounded by his family. Two weeks later Nicholas and Alexandra were married at The Winter Palace as Nicholas didn't want to wait for mourning to end. The Dowager Empress' birthday of November 26, 1894 was the new chosen date for the wedding. Nicholas and Alexandra had four daughters and one son all seven were assassinated in 1918.
