1. Alexandrina (b. 1819)

Answer: Francis

They are more commonly known as Victoria and Albert. Alexandrina Victoria was born in 1819 in London and Francis Albert Augustus Charles Emmanuel was born in Germany. Victoria became Queen of the United Kingdom when her uncle died and left no heir. Victoria and Albert were first cousins and married in 1840.

They had nine children. Albert died in 1860 and Victoria in 1901. Victoria loved Albert so much that she remained in mourning until her death.

Answer: Winston

Clementine Ogilvy Hozier was born in 1885 in London. Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill was born in Woodstock, Oxfordshire in 1874. They married in 1908 and had five children. Winston died in 1965 and Clementine in 1955. Clementine was Winston's greatest support during difficult times and they shared a very close relationship.
3. Coretta (b. 1927)

Answer: Martin

Coretta Scott was born in Marion, Alabama in 1927. Michael King Jr. was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1929. His name was changed to Martin Luther King in 1934 by his father who also changed his name to Martin Luther. Coretta and Martin married in 1953 and had four children. Coretta died in 2006 and Martin Luther was killed in 1968 aged 39.

Katharina von Bora was born in Saxony in 1499. Martin Luther was born in Eisleben in 1483. Katharina was in monasteries from the age of five, first for education and later as a nun. Martin Luther helped Katharina to escape from the monastery with the help of some friends in 1523.

The two got married in 1525. They had six children together and also tended four orphans. Martin died in 1546 and Katharina six years later in 1552.

Princess Alix of Hesse and by Rhine was born in 1872. Nicholas (Nikolai Aleksandrovich) was born in 1868. Prior to marring Nicholas, Alix converted to the Orthodox Church,taking the name Alexandra Feodorovna. They married in 1894 and had five children together. They had a very close and loving relationship. The whole family was murdered by the Bolsheviks in 1918.

Answer: George

Charlotte Frances Payne-Townshend was born in 1857 in Derry, Ireland. George Bernard Shaw was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1856. Charlotte was born into a very wealthy family. She was a member of the Fabian Society and helped LSE by funding the building of the library. Charlotte and George met in 1896 and married in 1898.

They were very close together and Charlotte acted as George's secretary and agent. Charlotte died in 1943 and George in 1950.
7. Elsa (b. 1876)

Answer: Albert

Elsa Einstein was born in 1876 in Hechingen, Germany and Albert in 1879 in Ulm, also in Germany. They were first cousins from their mothers and second cousins from their fathers. Elsa was born Einstein and changed her name to Lowenthal after her first husband and became Einstein again in 1919 when she married Albert.

They did not have any children together but raised Elsa's two daughters from her first marriage. It was Albert's second marriage as well having previously been married to Mileva Maric. Elsa died in 1936 and Albert in 1955.
8. Anne (b. 1501 or 1507)

Answer: Henry

Anne Boleyn was born early 16th century. Some sources give the year as 1501 and other 1507. Henry Tudor was born in 1491. Anne Boleyn was maid of honour to Catherine of Aragon who was the first wife of Henry. Because of Anne's refusal to become his mistress Henry tried to annul the marriage and as a result broke off relationships with Rome and created the Anglican Church. Anne and Henry got married in 1533 and produced a daughter Elizabeth.

Henry accused Anne of high treason and had her executed in 1536 so that he could marry Jane Seymour.

Henry died in 1547.
9. Margaret (b. 1864)

Answer: David

Margaret Owen was born in Wales in 1864. David Lloyd George was also born in Wales in 1863. Despite her father's disapproval Margaret and David married in 1888. They had five children together. Margaret was made Dame of the Order of British Empire for raising funds for war charities. David served as Prime Minister from 1916 to 1922.

He also served as a Minister from various posts. Margaret died in 1941 and David in 1945.
10. Cynthia (b. 1939)

Answer: John

Cynthia Lillian Powell was born in 1939 in Blackpool and John in 1940 in Liverpool. Cynthia and John met at the Liverpool College of Art. They were married in 1962 and their only son Julian was born in 1963. They divorced in 1968 due to John's infidelity with Yoko Ono. Cynthia died in 2015 and John was murdered in 1980.
