Answer: Terrell Owens

Only Garcia was still playing in the NFL in 2004. On March 4, Owens went to the Ravens because Owens had not filed for free-agency. Terrell, just carrying too much baggage with his internal and outspoken problems in San Francisco, was traded to the Ravens for a future second round draft pick.

He was a 'sharp' player because of his touchdown/Sharpie incident, where after a touchdown signed a football and threw it into the stands. What a steal this was for the Ravens. But! The NFL overturned this trade, because it was discovered that his free-agency paperwork that was indeed filed by Owens' agent before the deadline.

He eventually went to the Eagles.
2. Running back Emmitt Smith began his NFL career with which team?

Answer: Dallas Cowboys

Smith began his illustrious career with the Cowboys of Dallas in 1990. Born in 1969, this running back out of Florida ran for 911 yards and 11 touchdowns in his rookie season with a star on his helmet.
3. Which NFL team was the first in history to lose three consecutive Super Bowls?

Answer: Buffalo Bills

In 1994, the Bills lost their third consecutive bid for the promised land. The Dallas Cowboys defeated them 30-13. The previous season, the Cowboys humiliated the Bills 52-17 in Super Bowl XXVII.
4. Who was the first player in NFL history to reach 21,000 total yards in their career?

Answer: Walter Payton

None of the others reached the 16,000 yard plateau. 'Sweetness' as he was nicknamed, totaled 21,803 for the Chicago Bears in his great career. An amazing 16,726 yards were on the ground in Payton's 13 season career.
5. Which former Dallas Cowboys running back, coached the Atlanta Falcons in the 2003 season?

Answer: Dan Reeves

Reeves, the number 30 jersey running back for the Cowboys as a player, coached the Denver Broncos for many years before coming to Atlanta in 1997. He coached the Falcons in the 2003 season, and had compiled a 51-60-1 regular season record with the Falcons.
6. Which former Washington Redskin head coach, then NASCAR owner, signed to coach the Redskins again in 2004?

Answer: Joe Gibbs

Gibbs in 2003 owned both the Bobby Labonte and Tony Stewart NASCAR racing teams. He departed the NFL for the racing action after winning three Super Bowls in 12 seasons. He had already been inducted into the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame.
7. Who was the first NFL player to win two consecutive season MVP Awards in 1942?

Answer: Don Hutson

The others were infants in 1942. Don Hutson of the Green Bay Packers won his first award in 1941, then followed the MVP fashion the following season. Hutson, a wide receiver, led the NFL 8 times in receptions, and even led the NFL in interceptions one season. He was a nine time All-Pro, and retired with 99 career TD receptions.

In 1904, the points were adjusted to only 4 points.
