Answer: Jacques Lemaire (Minnesota)

Although his team didn't come out of the playoffs with the Stanley Cup, he won the best coach of the year in 2002-2003 for the Minnesota Wild.
2. Which NHL team was the first American team ever to enter the NHL?

Answer: Boston Bruins

The Bruins entered the NHL along with the Montreal Maroons, as part of the league's first expansion in 1924-25.
3. Which of the following players does not belong in the group of 4 before 1990 in Stanley Cup Victories?

Answer: Wayne Gretzky

Wayne Gretzky was traded before the Oilers won their fifth Stanley Cup title in 1990. The other three players all won five championships with the Oilers.
