While Chuck was ranting about legal procedures, one of the policeman went around the back of the house and saw the destroyed electric breaker boxes and containers of fuel through a window. He called the other officer to have a look, and that officer stated that Chuck sounded like a "tweaker".

When the officers gave Chuck a final warning to open the door, he asked them to leave their electronic devices outside, especially their Tasers, but the officers instead broke down the door and Tasered him.

Answer: He wanted to secede from the U.S.

Ricky lived in a gated compound with Humvees parked out front. He was fed up with government "business-killing regulations" and said that he had 1100 acres of property on which he wanted to create a sovereign state. Jimmy told him that the case would take years and quoted him $450 an hour, but Ricky wanted him on retainer for one million dollars.

He offered to pay Jimmy $500k up front in cash, but the money turned out to be minted by the "sovereign Sandia Republic".

Answer: Tony the Toilet Buddy

After asking Jimmy to sign a non-disclosure agreement, Roland unveiled his invention, which appeared to be a toilet. Jimmy told Roland that he "may have seen one of these before". The invention turned out to be a motion-activated voice chip that encouraged children to use the toilet. Roland believed that this would help with toilet training through positive reinforcement.

Some of the phrases that were demonstrated included "Oh, yeah! That's the way!" and "Fill me up, Chandler. Put it in me!" Somehow, Jimmy managed to keep a straight face, but he told Roland it was a bit sexual, which offended Roland.

After Roland told Jimmy to get off his property, Jimmy said "I hope you do make a fortune because Chandler's gonna need it to help pay for his therapy".

Answer: A figurine

Jimmy finally had a legitimate client who needed his assistance in drawing up her will to give her extensive Hummel collection to her family members, with conditions attached: Her nephew Clarence would get the Alpine Shepherd Boy figurine as long as he finished college; if not, it went to her niece Raylene, who would then have to give up her statue with the geese to cousin Helen but only if she didn't remarry Frederick, etc. Jimmy charged her $140 which she paid in cash, and he seemed please to actually be paid for a service. Mrs. Strauss was impressed with Jimmy and told him that she had thought all lawyers were idiots.

He responded "only half of us are idiots; the other half are crooks".

Answer: Painting Kim's toenails

Jimmy and Kim were hanging out in the salon, and Jimmy was painting Kim's toenails blue. Kim had him repeat the phrases from the toilet: "Oh! You're huge, Chandler. You're a big, big boy". Kim laughed that "even your lousy days are more interesting than my good ones".

After Jimmy told her that he had done two wills and was working on a living trust, she suggested that he consider elder law. She told him about the difficulties her grandmother faced when she got older and told Jimmy that "seniors need someone on their side".

Answer: She turned on the electronic control panel on Chuck's bed.

When Jimmy arrived at the hospital room, he found Chuck in a catatonic-like state, so he quickly turned off the lights and any electrical items he could find. Chuck's doctor went along with it, placing her flashlight outside the room to appease Chuck.

But before she left the room, she quietly turned on the electric control panel on Chuck's bed, something Jimmy and Kim both noticed. When the three were outside of the room, Jimmy told her it was a "dirty trick", but she said that it proved there was another reason for Chuck's illness and she thought he should be committed for psychiatric observation.

Answer: He might be the cause of Chuck's illness.

Jimmy found the newspaper with the story of the billboard on it on Chuck's floor. He confronted Chuck and told him that Chuck's condition was related to him because Chuck became ill when he read about Jimmy's stunt with the billboard. Jimmy said that Chuck's illness got worse whenever Jimmy did "something questionable". Jimmy promised Chuck that "Slippin' Jimmy" was "dead and buried" and that he was going to work legitimately from now on.

After hearing Jimmy's promise, Chuck appeared to get better; he stood up and went to make coffee.

Answer: Matlock

Jimmy was watching "Matlock" and was taking notes. At first, it may have appeared that he was taking notes on the character Ben Matlock's opening statement in court, but he was actually drawing the suit that Matlock was wearing: "Single breasted, light blue or cream".

The elderly attorney Matlock was popular with older television viewers, so Jimmy must have assumed that dressing like Matlock would make senior citizen clients trust him. Jimmy was next seen in a nursing home wearing a similar suit.

Answer: At the bottom of a Jell-O cup

The residents were shown eating their snack cups of Jell-o in the recreation room of a nursing home. As one resident finished her orange Jell-O, she held up the cup to read the message at the bottom: "Need a will? Call McGill"! A caricature of Jimmy appeared in the middle of the message.

As she put the cup down, Jimmy appeared, introducing himself as James McGill, Attorney at Law. Jimmy walked around the rec room, schmoozing with the residents and telling them to enjoy their Jell-O.

Answer: Mike's, the parking lot attendant

The last five or so minutes of the "Alpine Shepherd Boy" episode focused on Mike. We saw him briefly talking with Jimmy. Jimmy asked him whether he was reading "the complete annotated book of rules for parking validation" and Mike responded that "the rules for parking validation are actually pretty simple. Most people get it on the first try".

Then we saw Mike go to a diner to eat after finishing his shift, park outside someone's house and watch them leave and then return to his own home. When there was a knock at the door, Mike opened it to someone from his past apparently: "Long way from home, aren't ya?" "You and me both", responded the man who was accompanied by two police officers.
