"Bob's Burgers": "Human Flesh" Quiz

Bob is, in fact, very aware of the grand "re-re-re-opening" of the restaurant, as the anticipation of this event opens up the episode. Simultaneously, it is his wedding anniversary, as his wife, Linda, finally reminds him. She claims the date is easy to remember- September third, nine/three- because "nine is divisible by three".

Henry, or H. Jon Benjamin, does the voice of the character Bob on the show. He has also done the voices for the characters Jason and Coach McGuirk on "Home Movies" and Carl on "Family Guy".

"New Bacon-ings" is listed on the chalkboard as being $5.95 with bacon. Bob thinks the name "is perfect- it's hilarious," though his family seemingly disagrees. His youngest daughter later changes the Burger of the Day to something relatively crude.

After Louise gets one of the health inspectors to sniff spoiled milk on the pretense of it smelling of strawberries, Tina starts telling the other inspector about her rash. This earns Bob's Burgers the "rashy grill cook" offense, written right under "disgusting smell". The health inspectors are investigating rumors of Bob's Burgers' meat being made with human flesh, as well.

Louise, Bob's youngest daughter, starts this rumor during "Show & Tell" at school. She says she had to "up the ante" after a classmate had shown her uncle's matador cape.

Hugo, the health inspector, threatens to close the restaurant and send Bob to jail if "anything above the 4% allowable by the FDA" is found in the restaurant's meat.

Hugo says he thought Linda ran off with "Bob, the hot-shot restaurateur", implying that the Bob he knows falls short of such a description. Hugo even remembers Bob and Linda's anniversary for the same reason Linda does ("nine is divisible by three").

Bob is upset that the sign will hurt his business during one of their biggest weekends. The health inspector claims the lab is closed until Monday so they cannot test the meat until then.

Linda says her parents liked Hugo because he always did the dishes and she liked that he was a good kisser, as opposed to Bob, who has too much saliva. She later says she is happy being married to Bob because he has a dream, whereas Hugo never had one.

Pressing the green button lifts the personalized white coffin wrapped with a large red bow up onto the street where it is pushed in front of Bob's Burgers. Linda brings it inside the restaurant, thinking it is Bob's surprise anniversary gift. The health inspector is certainly not happy about seeing a dead body inside the restaurant accused of being run by a cannibal.

The health inspector's van is in a tight parking spot when he asks Bob to tell him how close he is to the cars around him. Not satisfied with the health inspector's attempt to get out of the spot, Bob tells him to get out because he will do it himself.

The van drives off afterward as the health inspector says "thank you.... sucker!" Even if Bob's actual driving of the van is ambiguous, he gave helpful instructions before offering to take the wheel himself.

Bob starts off making a point that they need to treat people better, as he says people currently treat the dead better than the living. Then he goes on to say wild things that seem to encourage cannibalism, which gets the angry mob riled up again.
