Answer: The Atom

The Atom was a member of the Justice League cartoon from 1967. He would return as a guest star in 1978 on The All New Super Friends Hour. Plastic Man in appeared in the episode "Professor Goodfellow's G.E.E.C." Green Arrow appeared in the episode "Gulliver's Gigantic Goof." The Flash appeared in the episode "Too Hot to Handle."
2. Who created the first animated Superman cartoons?

Answer: Max Fleischer

Max Fleischer and his brother Dave brought the Man of Steel to life in 1941. This was just a few short years after his comic book debut. Filmation debuted Superman in 1966. William Hanna and Joseph Barbera put the Last Son of Krypton on television in 1973. Joe Ruby and Ken Spears rendition of Superman aired on CBS in 1988.
3. Which Superhero was NOT animated by Filmation Studios?

Answer: Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman did not make her animated debut until 1973's "Super Friends" produced by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. Hawkman, Green Lantern and had their own Filmation cartoons as well as appearing in the Justice League cartoon also produced by Filmation. Shazam had his own cartoon as part of the 1981 series "The Kid Power Hour with Shazam!"

The Green Goblin, Electro, and The Vulture were all released from prison by Dr. Noah Body in the episode "To Catch a Spider." Dr. Noah Body sends the three villains after Spider-Man in retaliation for his capture. In the end Spider-Man captures all four of the bad guys and sends them back to prison.

An urban legend had been circulating for years that The Human Torch was not included in this Saturday Morning cartoon series because the network did not want children to try an emulate the Human Torch's powers. In actuality, the television rights to The Human Torch were tied up in a made for TV movie that never got produced.

In 1966 Grantray-Lawrence animation company gave the world the "Marvel Super Heroes" Show. It featured a different hero each day. The features Super Heroes were The Incredible Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and Namor The Submariner. Iron Man guest starred with the Avengers in episode 8 of The Incredible Hulk.

Answer: Riddler

Although he appeared in the opening credits, the Riddler did not appear in any actual episodes because the contractual rights to the character were owned by Hanna-Barbera at the time because he was a character on "Challenge of the Super Friends."

Bruce Timm is one the men responsible for bringing us "Batman the Animated Series." Though he voiced several characters on the show he was not the voice of Batman. This was a little tricky. On the TV show Plas's partner was Hula-Hula. In the comic books it was Woozy Winks. Puggsy and Cosmo were other characters from the show. Coincidentally Hula-Hula and Woozy Winks both wore Hawaiian shirts.
