Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. How many competitors were featured in this series?

Answer: Nine

At the start of this special edition season of "RuPaul's Drag Race", Ru and company headed to the UK to search for a worldwide superstar amongst queens featured in "Drag Race" franchises from across the globe. What resulted was nine queens from five countries, all representing different styles of drag and all battling for the crown. Coming face to face with each other on the main stage, they sized each other up and commenced the competition.
2. Which country was not represented in "RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs. the World"?

Answer: Australia

The season featured three competitors from the host nation (the UK), two from Canada, one from the Netherlands, one from Thailand, and two from the original franchise in the U.S. Notably, this was the first-ever series in the World of Wonder "Drag Race" umbrella to feature queens from different national competitions.

It was also the first-ever to feature a series host amongst its competitors as Pangina Heels never competed on "Drag Race Thailand", she only hosted it alongside Art Arya. As their first seasons had yet to air, there were no competitors from "Drag Race Down Under", "Drag Race España", and "Drag Race Italia".
3. In this series, who eliminated the queens from the competition?

Answer: Their fellow queens

After bringing the queens to the main stage and introducing the nine competitors to the competition, RuPaul introduced himself and revealed his presence from atop a scissor lift next to the set. Before embarking on their six-week journey through the competition, Ru let them know that unlike in normal seasons, the queens would be eliminating each other.

It wasn't until after their first runway that they were told the top two queens each round would be competing in a Lipsync for the World which would culminate in the elimination of one queen decided upon by the winner, just like classic "All Stars" rules.
4. For their first challenge, the queens were instructed to showcase their talents. Of these choices, who did not perform a lip sync to an original track?

Answer: Jimbo

Leading the queens into a royal command performance, RuPaul asked the nine competing queens to showcase one of their talents on the main stage in a "Drag Race" talent show with Spice Girl Mel C joining the judging panel for the event. What resulted was a series of lip syncs and dances to the queens' original singles with only Jimbo (who performed a comedy routine) breaking the mold.

It was Jimbo and Pangina Heals who were asked to Lip Sync for the World with the latter winning a Gold RuPeter Badge.

She ended up sending home Jimbo's fellow Canadian queen, Lemon.
5. The RuPaul Ball, held in episode two, featured three categories. Which was not one of them?

Answer: Glamazon

The queens were surprised by a ball challenge early on in this series wherein they needed to pay homage to RuPaul herself in three unique ways. Their first prompt was the feline-inspired 'Kitty Girl' category while the second was built around a 'Butch Queen' look. For the final garment, the queens had to make a 'U Wear It Well' outfit from scratch with the aim to design something that Ru would wear. Janey Jacké and Jimbo won the design challenge with Janey beating out Jimbo in the lip sync (to a remake of RuPaul's own "Supermodel (You Better Work)".

She elected to send home Cheryl Hole over Jujubee.
6. Which queen selected the roles for the West End Rusical in week three?

Answer: Jujubee

Musical theatre was the medium du jour in the third round of the competition after Ru forced the queens to commit to reading each other and then embark on a West End Rusical. All seven queens had to take on dedicated, parodic, and iconic West End roles with Jujubee, the winner of the mini-challenge, deciding the recipients of the parts.

When the dust settled, and following a 'dot, dot, dot' inspired runway, Pangina and Janey led the pack and faced off in a lip sync to "We Like to Party!" by Vengaboys. Pangina won her second episode and, this time, sent Jimbo home over Jujubee, eliminating the front-runner.
7. The Snatch Game of this series featured what format twist?

Answer: Snatch Game Family Edition

In this season's Snatch Game, the six remaining queens split into two teams of two to execute their celebrity impersonations and compete as two feuding families led by Michelle Visage and special guest Katie Price. Pangina, who won the previous episode, got to choose the families, taking Baga Chipz and Jujubee with her on Katie Price's team.

The episode was won by Blu who, after playing Austin Powers and Dr. Evil, beat out Baga Chipz in a lip sync to Alexandra Burke's "Let It Go". In a shocking turn, she ended up eliminating frontrunner Pangina Heals who, devastated, left in tears.
8. The top five queens were asked to create lyrics to what RuPaul song in the semifinals?

Answer: London

Heading into the penultimate week of the competition, the final five were faced with the challenging task of writing their own personal lyrics and developing a choreographed routine to RuPaul's song "London". Recording lyrics about the places they call home with Little Mix singer Jade Thurwall and then creating group choreo, the queens were then asked to bring their 'Work of Art' outfits to the main stage. Jujubee and Mo Heart were given top marks this round and the former won the lip sync, giving her the opportunity to send home Janey Jacké.
9. The finale featured a Lip Sync Smackdown. The first pairing was decided by which means?

Answer: A wheel

In the final stage of the competition, the top four queens-- two from the UK and two from the U.S.-- were told that they would be competing head-to-head in a lip sync or the crown. Before this, however, they would need to head to the runway in their Finest Eleganza Extravaganza and receive probing questions from the judges and the previously-eliminated queens.

The first pairing ended up being Mo Heart and Baga Chipz (where the former won out to the song "Domino" by Jessie J) while the second featured Jujubee and Blu Hydrangea singing to Duran Duran's "The Reflex" (with Blu winning).
10. Which queen won "RuPaul's Drag Race UK vs. The World"?

Answer: Blu Hydrangea

After awarding all participating queens a Queen of Global Eleganza Award, Ru pitted the final two queens, Mo Heart and Blu Hydrangea, against each other for one last Lip Sync for the World to Kylie Minogue's "Supernova", and with that she chose the winner of this international edition to be Northern Ireland's Blu Hydrangea. Blu, after placing fifth in her original season ("Drag Race UK" series 1), became the first-ever Queen of the World and won a trip to Hollywood to record a duet with RuPaul (a rerecord of "Champion") with the proceeds being split between Comic Relief and Children in Need. Blu also won the classic crown and sceptre from Fierce Drag Jewels.
