Sam's LSAT score is mentioned in both the "Pilot" episode by Jessica in the beginning of the episode and then also in season four in "Monster At The End of This Book" when Sam and Dean are asked what it is while searching for Chuck.

2. In "Dead in The Water", what is the name of the little boy who helps Sam and Dean?

Answer: Lucas

It was Lucas's drawings that help Sam and Dean solve the case in "Dead In The Water". It was also during one of Dean's conversations with Lucas that Sam gets to hear about feelings that Dean normally wouldn't share about their mother.
