1. What unusual item of clothing was Morris wearing when Scully came to the door of Mulder's apartment?

Answer: cook's apron

As Scully took in the newly cleaned and furnished apartment, Morris took off the apron. He then took her coat and steered her toward the bedroom.

2. Morris said he used his bedroom for reading what?

Answer: New York Times

Scully was shocked when she saw the clean bedroom, saying "I didn't even know you had a bedroom." Morris brushed the comment off, saying, "Oh, yeah. Yeah, got to have someplace to lounge around and read the Sunday New York Times, you know."

3. What kind of bed did Morris get?

Answer: waterbed

He had installed a canopied water bed with leopard skin bedding. He patted the bed to get Scully to sit on it, but had to coax her a bit and eventually just grab her arm and pull her to it to get her to sit. Morris went to the bathroom to hide from the Men in Black (who would think he was Mulder). Mulder went to the bathroom after Joanne, having seen him in the car with Scully, threw wine on him. While they were in the bathroom, General Wegman came in, and the three hatched an escape plan.

The Men in Black stopped Mulder outside the bar, thinking he'd gotten the flight data recorder. He told them it was beer, and when the opened the bag, they found he was telling the truth. Meanwhile, Morris had gotten back to Scully with the flight data recorder and they managed to escape.
