US patent 2296019 was awarded on September 15, 1942, for a "chromscopic adapter for television equipment", a fancy name for the first color television system, to Guillermo Gonzalez Camarena. He was a Mexican engineer and made his monumental discovery at the age of 23.

While others have played a role in color television advances, Camarena's allowed black and white televisions to be adapted to be retrofitted with the new technology. Sadly, Camarena passed away at the age of 48 in Mexico.

"The Boys" premiered in 2019 on Amazon Prime. The series was based on a comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. The graphic television show ran for five seasons and featured super heroes known as "supes" who were not the good guys to save the world but actually narcissistic, evil, or used their powers to harm others.

The lead character was a Superman prototype named Homelander. A-Train was a character with lightning speed. Butcher and Starlight also had super human powers but worked to stop the "supes" from taking advantage of their evil plans.
