Dalziel RFC were formed in 1924 and were formerly known as Dalziel High School FP (FP in the names of Scottish rugby clubs stands for Former Pupils). The name Dalziel RFC was adopted in the 1970s. The club play home games at Dalziel Park in the Lanarkshire town of Motherwell and have the first choice colours of blue, black and white.
2. Gordonians
Answer: Aberdeen
Gordonians RFC were founded in 1904, originally for former pupils of Robert Gordon's College in the city. The club had a brief spell in the top flight of Scottish rugby in the early 1980s, but their decision not to turn professional in the 1990s saw a sharp decline in their fortunes. The club play home games at Counteswells, and their first choice colours are gold and blue.
3. Heriot's

Heriot's Rugby Club was formed in 1890 as Heriot's FP, by former pupils of George Heriot's School in Edinburgh. The club are one of the more successful in Scottish rugby, winning five top flight titles between 1979 and 2016 and four Scottish Cups between 2003 and 2016. Heriot's play home games at Goldenacre and wear blue and white hooped shirts.

Highland RFC were founded in 1922 in Inverness, the unofficial "capital of the highlands". The club play home games at Canal Park, and their first choice colours are red and green hoops.
5. Howe of Fife

Howe of Fife RFC were formed in 1921 in the town of Cupar. Cupar was the former county town of Fife, and is situated on the banks of the River Eden in a valley known as the Howe of Fife, which is where the club took its name from. The club play home games at Duffus Park and play in blue and white hooped shirts.
6. Lochaber

Lochaber RFC were founded in 1969. They took their name from the Lochaber region of the Scottish highlands, of which Fort William is the largest town. Their home ground is called Banavie and their first choice colours are black and gold.
7. Madras College FP
Answer: St Andrews
Madras College FP are one of the oldest rugby clubs in Scotland, formed in 1866. They were originally a team for former pupils of Madras college in St Andrews, Fife, but are nowadays open to anybody to join. They play home games at Station Park and wear blue shirts.
8. Marr
Answer: Troon
Marr RFC were founded in the 1930s as Marr College FP, for former pupils of the school in Troon, Ayrshire. Nowadays open to anybody, Marr had a golden spell in the early 2020s. Denied a first ever top tier title in 2020 when the season was abandoned due to COVID, they made up for it in season 2021-22, becoming champions of Scotland for the first time.
The team play home games at Fullarton Park and wear purple and golds shirts.
9. Stewartry

Stewartry RFC was formed in 1970 in the town of Castle Douglas, Dumfres & Galloway. They take their name from the Stewartry of Kirkcudbright, a lieutenancy area within which the town is located. The club play home game at Greenlaw, and wear an all black strip with red trim.
10. West of Scotland
Answer: Milngavie
West of Scotland FC were founded in 1865 in the town of Milngavie, East Dunbartonshire, just to the north of Glasgow. They are a rarity in not actually including the word "rugby" in their full name. West of Scotland were one of the powerhouses of Scottish rugby in the 1960s and 1970s, providing numerous players for the Scotland national team.
The club play home games at Burnbrae, and wear red and gold hooped shirts and blue shorts.
