Klinger, filled with guilt acquiring it, gives it to Mulcahy who alludes to wearing it, but is not actually seen in it. He then gives it to Henry.
Klinger, Margaret, Radar and the mess cook are the only ones that obtained temporary possession but didn't get to wear it.

Answer: Yes

This is the list of ownership in order: Hawkeye gave it to Trapper, who feigned being sick. Trapper lost it to Radar in a poker game. Radar gave it to the mess cook for a roast of lamb. The mess cook gave it to Frank to avoid being put on report for unsanitary kitchen conditions. Frank gave it to Margaret for her continuing affection. Klinger stole it from Margaret's tent.

In remorse, he gave it to Mulcahy, who passed it on to Henry, who gave it back to Hawkeye for doing the appendectomy.
