Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Joe asks Kirsh how to take care of a hybrid, and Kirsh suggests Joe asking this question is like which of the following?

Answer: An onion asking how to care for a star

In the Neverland lab, while the T. Ocellus watches from its spot, locked away, nestled in a sheep's ocular cavity, Wendy watches the newly-hatched Xenomorph and communicates with it at an otherwise indecipherable frequency. Already growing at a rapid rate, the Xenomorph approaches the three-inch-thick tempered glass and attempts to attack Wendy through it.

On the opposite side of a window to the lab, Joe and Kirsh watch intently. Joe pries into the workings of the hybrids, attempting to glean information about how to take care of Wendy once she leaves Neverland, but Kirsh has no pleasant way to approach the topic, instead calling Joe naive for believing his sister can leave. She's too hyper-capable to settle down and be in a family. Joe will have to come back to reality sooner or later.
2. Who, of these, refuses to alter Nibs' personality by resetting her memory?

Answer: Arthur

Nibs is prepared to be brought back online after her outburst in Dame Sylvia's office. After suffering the impossible delusion of her own pregnancy, the scientists indicate that while this hybrid has always been emotional, they appear to be able to dial things back, buffering her emotions within her programming even more to solve the issue. Dame Sylvia suggests that the solution is time and therapy; the trauma was always known during the selection process. Unfortunately Atom, speaking on Boy Kavalier's behalf, instructs Dame and Arthur to simply dial back her memory to before the Towers restricting her reaction to stimuli even more. It would be a dramatic change to the fundamentals of her personality, but they've come too far to fail. Arthur refuses to do this, outright, but Dame says she will, alone. Before departing, Atom fires Arthur for disobeying a direct order. Simple as that.

Leaving the lab, Wendy reunites with Joe and he admits, honestly, that he thinks that bringing the aliens to Neverland was a bad idea. Ultimately, these creatures are killers. Wendy doesn't see the difference between the aliens and bees or ants or humans. This one, she says, could be good.
3. Yutani agrees to compensating Boy Kavalier and Prodigy to the tune of what amount?

Answer: Twenty billion dollars

Boy Kavalier flies out to Yutani's headquarters to meet with her regarding the alien specimens bringing both Atom and Kirsh with him for the discussion. Yutani isn't alone; she's brought Morrow with her for the chat. As the two sit across the table from one another, an impartial moderator from The Five starts the discussion with opening statements.

Yutani starts by reminding the room that the Maginot was a science vessel owned by Weyland-Yutani, and all contents should still belong to the corporation. Boy interrupts her though, destabilizing the conversation with the reminder that three blocks in his city were destroyed and thousands died.

Boy posits the idea that perhaps the crash wasn't an accident, but an attack, or the product of negligence. And none of this is about the money or compensation; he knows it's about the predatory, invasive species she attempted to bring to the planet. The negotiation shifts from there. Yutani indicates that the specimens will be brought to an off-planet research facility while she will pay twenty billion in damages. They agree to these terms.
4. For how long are off-world specimens required to stay in quarantine?

Answer: Six weeks

Agreeing to the terms put before her puts Yutani into a problematic circumstance. While Boy agrees to hand over the specimens for the twenty billion dollar compensation, Corporation accords indicate that unknown species from other planets are subject to quarantine of six weeks; he can't even hand over the specimens if he wants to. Yutani asks for immediate hand-over for fifty billion, but Boy refuses this offer outright, claiming it's not safe for the planet.

As Boy and his group leave, Yutani asks Morrow what they can do. Fortunately, Morrow has a recruited asset; they can have a Xenomorph by the end of the day. There is a strong potential for failure, but it may be worth the effort. Morrow recommends destabilizing the facility and she agrees with this plan.

As Morrow departs in the elevator, he's joined unexpectedly by Kirsh. The two of them descend together, taking jabs at one another, but Morrow reminds that Kirsh is an old model, ready for obsolescence. Morrow lets him know he'll see him soon.
5. As soon as Nibs awakens from her procedure, who causes her to realize she's missing her memories?

Answer: Wendy

In the labs, Dame Sylvia goes ahead with the problematic procedure despite her initial apprehension, removing her trauma by rolling back her memories to a point before she and the other Lost Boys stepped foot in Prodigy City.

When Nibs finally awakens, she's in her own charging station in her bedroom with Wendy by her side. Wendy asks if she feels okay, and sure enough, Nibs feels normal. It's particularly surprising, at least for Wendy, since she reminds her friend that she was talking about having a baby. Nibs remembers nothing of this. She has no knowledge of the crash; she only remembers training in the compound. Wendy reiterates what happened-- Nibs found 'the eye' and that really scared her. Nibs realizes something is desperately wrong. She has none of that in her memory.
6. Slightly's initial plan is to bring Joe to visit the eggs in the lab. What stops this from happening?

Answer: Joe is called on patrol

Out in the jungle, Slightly tries to avoid letting Morrow's insistent suggestions get to him when Smee comes by, looking for someone to spend time with. Everyone, he says, is cranky; it's not fun anymore. Slightly promises they'll spend time and play games all they want; he just has to get some things out of the way.

In his room, Joe tries to figure out a way to escape the compound and doesn't realize that Slightly has snuck into his room behind his back. Slightly tries to convince Joe to follow him, intending to follow through on Morrow's request to bring a human in to see the eggs, but Joe is apprehensive about joining him. Fortunately, Joe is pulled away by his squadron; they're down a man for a security issue and he can come along.

Out in the rainforest, Rashidi and Siberian ask about Marcy, and Joe remarks that he's certain his sister is inside the Wendy hybrid. They all agree the whole situation is awful, especially since they're on such a remote island. Everything in Neverland is under strict control under its own separate security. They can't even necessarily get away on a boat. Siberian suggests he stop planning something; they have a good thing going on the island.
7. Isaac/Tootles is killed when he does which of these?

Answer: Tries to feed the specimens

En route to Neverland, Kirsh phones Isaac, insisting that he'll be back by dark. In the meantime, the specimens need to be fed and watered and their details tracked. When this is done, he's free to start the next experiment on the list. Isaac suggests that he can handle these tasks alone, and he proudly heads to the lab, letting Curly and Smee know he's been requisitioned. He refuses Curly's offer to join.

While the T. Ocellus observes from its container, Isaac rushes to feed it, providing the creature its hay through a sealed compartment. He attracts the attention of the Xenomorph in doing this, but proceeds to dole out meals, inevitably reaching a unit containing to hive-dwelling insectoid creatures. Opening their food compartment, he accidentally ends up removing the door, deciding that it's safe enough to open the container, rush in, and drop off the food. In doing this, however, he's spooked by the sound of the T. Ocellus as it purposely knocks into the wall, and this inadvertently locks him in with the creatures.

Alone in the lab, and helpless as the insectoid specimens awaken and emerge, he's sprayed in the face by their acidic saliva. The substance burns through his face in very little time, leaving the beings to feast on his remains.
8. Wendy is told that Nibs' memory wipe was a consequence of which of the following?

Answer: A corrupt subroutine

Dame returns to her office to find Wendy there, waiting to chat about Nibs. Wendy is very aware that the scientists did something, and there's nowhere to hide with that. Dame says it's complicated; they found a glitch in one of her subroutines and had to remove the data before it could corrupt the rest of her. Dame believes she gave her medicine; Wendy believes she gave her no choice.

Dame has to remind Wendy that the Hybrids-- especially her-- have more potential than anyone imagined. This said, she's worried that Wendy has been spending a lot of time in the secure lab. Wendy knows that the specimens are just experiments for Boy, but that doesn't sit right with her. She reminds that she's not really Wendy; she's Marcy.

Before departing, she tells Dame what Kirsh told her about suggesting that she let go of being human-- stop pretending-- because humans get romantic about things, and it causes issue. She doesn't think it's such a bad idea considering all that's going on. He would say that, Dame says, because he's a machine. Dame asks for trust. Everything they're doing is for the Hybrids. There are going to be problems, but they're on a journey no one has ever taken before. She's there to help, but they have to work together. If something is wrong, they can fix it. The problem is that Wendy believes that Dame, and the facility, might be what's wrong.
9. Before attempting to leave, Arthur does which of the following?

Answer: Turns off the Hybrid monitoring system

In the lab, Arthur begins to pack his things. With little time left to spare before he's considered trespassing in the Neverland compound, he rushes around, too tunnel-visioned to see Isaac's body on the closed camera feeds before they switch away.

Before he can leave, Joe visits to ask questions. Joe, appreciative that Arthur took great care with Wendy, asks for an honest answer as to whether or not his sister is safe in the compound. Looking back at the camera, Arthur says yes-- it's safer than a bank. In fact, he can pull up their vitals on the computer.

When Joe looks at the computer though, Arthur has left a message for him, telling him to take Wendy and get her out. He leaves a boat code as well: 102-770. Before they part ways, Joe turns off the Hybrid monitors and trackers. Although Kirsh is watching the feeds on his way back to the island, he sees nothing of particular interest, even though the encounter is quite odd.

As Arthur is about to leave, he realizes an error on the tracker page indicating that Tootles' tracker is unresponsive. though his last known location was the secure lab. He heads off to check.
10. Who does Slightly ultimately have attacked by the Facehugger?

Answer: Arthur

Kirsh watches as Slightly and then Arthur both approach the secure lab. The Hybrid has an internal struggle as Morrow threatens to kill his mother, but the struggle lessens when Arthur turns the corner and opens the lab door.

Inside, they find Isaac's remains within one of the specimen chambers and Arthur unlocks the door, attempting to pull him out. He doesn't notice as Slightly uses the terminal to open the door to the Xenomorph eggs, disappearing as one of them opens to let loose the Facehugger inside. Arthur leaves Isaac's body and attempts to get out, but the door is locked. Slightly, on the other side, admits that he had to do it because his family was being held hostage.

Though Arthur tries to use the phone to call for help, the Facehugger latches on in short order and Slightly can only turn around to avoid watching.

Kirsh, still observing, watches the whole event without letting Boy Kavalier know that anything has happened.

Slightly only opens the door when he feels that the coast is clear. Afraid of being caught, he takes Arthur's body and hides it, and himself, in one of the air ducts. Paying no attention to the open door to the specimen container, he doesn't notice as the insectoids leave their cell.
