Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. With all that's taking place around the Neverland compound, Atom recommends that who evacuate immediately?

Answer: Boy

On the beach, Arthur's body, washed up on the sand, becomes a perch for large crabs. The Xenomorph, passing through, investigates these odd creatures before continuing on its way, back into the jungle.

Dame heads out into the woods, following the path to the cemetery to place flowers on the children's graves, not noticing the watching creature coming in behind her. As she turns to face the Xenomorph, only inches from her face, shots ring out, scaring the creature back into the bushes. A security squad retrieves her, shellshocked, and returns her to the compound. The Xenomorph, meanwhile, dispatches another squad nearby.

In Neverland, Atom announces that the comms are down for the facility, Morrow having likely severed the trunk line out at sea. Yutani is also blocking the satellites; they're cut off. Non-essential personnel have been evacuated and the Hybrids are in a holding cell. They do not know how long the cell will hold if they choose to break out. There is zero containment on the adult Xenomorph but, for now, the other specimens are safely locked away...for now. Atom recommends that Boy Kavalier evacuate. Instead, Boy watches videos of his creations, turning to T. Ocellus and hoping that, at some point, he can speak to it in a real conversation.
2. Curly insists that she's the favourite of the Hybrids, but Wendy is quick to correct her. In the story, she says, who was Peter Pan's favourite Lost Boy until they grew up?

Answer: Wendy

While Joe ends up locked away with Morrow in one holding cell, Wendy finds herself locked in the other, elsewhere, with the other Hybrids. While Curly worries about why, as the favourite, she might be in the cell with the others, Nib mutters that it's probably because she snitched on the Lost Boys. Curly didn't snitch though; she just happened to be the only one they told.

Wendy remarks that they found their graves outside, but Curly is insistent that they can't die. That's a lie though, Smee notes, because Isaac died.

Wendy also has to remind Curly that in "Peter Pan", Wendy was the favourite, at least until she grew up, and when that made Peter mad, he kidnapped her daughter, Jane. They're all in the cell because they can't be kids anymore, but Boy won't let them be adults.

Nibs suggests that they might all be ghosts, and that's what gives Wendy an idea. All this time, the Hybrids have been afraid of the adults, but now they might need to be afraid of them. While Boy watches from his office, Wendy communicates in an untranslatable frequency moments before the feeds cut out.
3. Wendy, using her abilities, is able to do all but which of the following?

Answer: Spontaneously light fires

Nervous that all of his security cameras have cut out, Boy reaches out to Kirsh on their comms to find out if everything is okay, but the Synthetic, reminding that he's on his own power supply, indicates that he's occupied with acclimating the new, young Xenomorph. Morrow, he notes, is in another holding cell with Hermit, and with Yutani's ships on the way, he's an effective bargaining chip. Kirsh reminds Boy not to be mad, just smart.

From her holding cell, Wendy garbles the communications between Boy and Kirsh, stopping that conversation from continuing. Instead of pursuing it further, he has his guard head off to find Atom and reboot comms. In the meantime, he hopes to speak to T. Ocellus one-on-one a bit more, trying to determine who to feed to it. Someone weak, he suggests.

Dame, meanwhile, returns to her office with a security escort and she's told to keep the door locked while they secure other assets for extraction. She doesn't notice Wendy watching from the comms panels, at least not until the screens switch on with videos of the children before their procedures took place. It's enough for Dame to smash one of the screens on the ground.
4. What, according to Joe, is the cost of being more-than-human?

Answer: Everything

In the other holding cell, Joe paces before deciding to wake Morrow up from his spot on the floor. The two try to assess their situation, but Joe reminds the Cyborg that he shot him in the lung. Morrow lets him know that Slightly let him in on some of the secrets of the island and their place in the world as more-than-human, but he has to remind him that the price for that is...well... everything. At a start, at least.

Siberian, Rashidi, and the rest of the squadron patrolling the inside of the Neverland compound find their way towards the lobby en route to the armory just in time for the elevator to arrive on their floor (without their having summoned it). The group of them load in and start their descent, but partway through, the elevator stops and commences a thirty-second self-destruct timer.

In their holding cell, Wendy and the others play around, inevitably shutting the self-destruct timer off halfway through its countdown before flipping through the camera feeds. Wendy stumbles on Joe and Morrow and thinks through the day's events. Though she believes Joe made his choice, siding with the humans, Smee casually says he's one of the Lost Boys no matter what way they look at it. Thinking back to the letters she used to write to her brother, Wendy decides to unlock his cell door.
5. A stray bullet allows the secure container for which of these specimens to be compromised?

Answer: D. Plumbicare

Once the door to Joe and Morrow's holding cell opens, seemingly on its own, Morrow takes the opportunity to incapacitate the guard and start exacting his revenge. Joe tells him to relent a little bit; he hopes to save anyone he can. Morrow recommends finding the children, at least, because he plans on burning the place to the ground.

Grabbing the guard's keys, Morrow unlocks the clamp on his arm, grabs a gun, and proceeds through the compound to the secure lab, arriving there to find Kirsh hard at work. He manages to let himself in as silently as possible but Morrow turns and fires on him, starting a particularly brutal fight between the Cyborg and the Synthetic. Though Kirsh appears to have an upper hand, a single good heave lets Morrow bring the android down on a metal table, disabling his ability to fight back. He tells the malfunctioning robot that man will always win out-- it's a matter of will.

Neither of them realize that a stray bullet has struck the tank containing the D. Plumbicare, which watches intently with one of its tendrils. When its way out finally shatters, it gives Kirsh the opportunity to bring Morrow to the ground, forcing the pair to grapple for the gun. A chokehold forces Morrow unconscious while the Hybrids watch on the camera feeds.
6. Once Wendy frees the Lost Boys, Curly asks to go by what name?

Answer: Jane

Not soon after Kirsh and Morrow skirmish in the lab, Boy Kavalier arrives in the holding cell room to speak to the Lost Boys, unaware that the Xenomorph has been summoned into the facility. Boy toys with the children, suggesting that he could let them out to play, but he doesn't think they'll play nice. He's right; even Curly is disillusioned since she's not really his favourite. The mood changes when Wendy opens the cell door on her own with a snap of her fingers.

Boy tells them a story about his father. When he was young, his father was a drunk. Boy built his first machine-- a Synthetic-- when he was six-year-old, and one day, he came home to find that his Synth was on the couch and his father was dead. After that, he simply moved on, with the Synth becoming his new father. No one was going to make a six-year-old a powerful figurehead, so he had to build himself up. Boy reminds the kids that they're just floor models and they belong to him.

That doesn't work for the Lost Boys. As Nibs incapacitates a guard, punching him to death, Wendy tells Boy to run. She sends Nibs to collect Dame Sylvia while she takes care of Boy; Slightly and Smee will find Kirsh and the Cyborg. Curly, who asks to go by Jane (her name when she was still human), will take out the soldiers. No one will touch Wendy's brother.
7. Amidst the extortion, did Morrow ever harm Slightly's mother?

Answer: No

Joe arrives in Wendy's room to find that she's not there, but Atom is, and he's waiting, hidden behind a wall for Joe to arrive. As Atom says, he was requested to find Joe and deliver him to Boy's office immediately-- he has a proposal he'd like to make and Wendy is with him.

In the meantime, Smee and Slightly head to the secure lab wondering if Arthur's body is still out in the water. Smee has to remind him that they did a bad thing, but Slightly clarifies that the bad guys made them do it-- it's not their fault.

Elsewhere in the building, the Xenomorph starts to take out waves of soldiers without issue.

In her office, Dame Sylvia watches the storm outside, unaware that Nibs has dropped into the room from the ceiling without making a noise. She turns around to find the girl a moment too late.

In the secure lab, Kirsh tries to crawl away from Morrow's unconscious body only to find that Smee and Slightly have arrived. His back broken, he tells the boys to tie up the Cyborg quickly, before he comes to. Instead, they tie up Kirsh.

As Morrow awakens and sees the boys, he starts by telling Slightly that he never hurt his mother. It's not enough to stop Slightly from knocking him back out with a blow to the face with one of the specimen canisters.
8. Who does Boy select to be a potential host for T. Ocellus?

Answer: Joe

Atom brings Joe to Boy's office with the insistence that the genius has an offer that will be amenable to both Hermit and his sister, but when they arrive in the room, Atom sends him in alone (under the guise of privacy. When Boy enters the office though, he finds the T. Ocellus' secure container is open and the sheep is standing in the corner, prepared to make its move. As 'The Eye' removes itself from its sheep host, Joe is barely able to get himself into the container, holding the handle shut while the specimen tries to open the door. Instead, it comes in through the feeding compartment, forcing Joe to rush to the exit. The Eye launches itself instead, fighting its way to his face moments before Wendy breaks in through a window and tosses the creature aside.

The moment Wendy shows up, Atom lets himself back into the room, facing her dead on and showing his own strength by tossing her across the office. While he belittles her, saying that it was a bad idea to make an experiment out of children (an eternity of 'are-we-there-yet', he calls it), Wendy notices the T. Ocellus come to, making another move for Joe, knocked out on the ground. She's able to kick The Eye away (again) before commanding Atom to stop.
9. As Wendy discovers, which of these does Atom turn out to be?

Answer: Synthetic

When Wendy commands Atom to stop, miraculously, he freezes in place, with only his eyes able to look around. It's to her surprise that he's forced to be responsive to her command, and with that she tells him he's not allowed to hurt the Synthetics, or anyone else, anymore. Next to her, Joe comes to, watching as the T. Ocellus sinks into a hole in the floor and vanishing from the room.

Joe apologizes to his sister about Nibs-- he felt he didn't have a choice in the matter since she was hurting his friends. Wendy feels like this is an argument about her humanity, but Joe insists that it absolutely isn't. The world, he reminds her, is complicated.

Wendy explains to Joe why she likes the aliens: she thinks they're honest. Joe has to be very clear with her in saying that they're predators. All of them are food to these aliens. Wendy corrects him-- she believes Joe is food to them, but she doesn't know what she is.

They have to go, Wendy says. They're rounding up the grown-ups. She has someone special looking for Boy.

Boy, out in the halls of the compound, strapping himself into a bulletproof vest and skipping to the exit, finds himself being pursued when he reaches the lobby. As the Xenomorph descends from the ceiling and appears before him, Wendy and Joe arrive. The Xenomorph takes out Boy's reinforcements before Joe knocks him out.
10. Who ultimately becomes the new host for T. Ocellus?

Answer: Arthur

In the secure labs, the remnants of the security team, led by Siberian and Rashidi, find that the room has been breached. As specimens attempt to get their attention, none of them see that the D. Plumbicare has emerged from its cell until it's too late. It descends from the ceiling to consume Siberian who, in a panic, fires her weapon blindly. Rashidi, left the lone survivor, ends up knocked out by Jane.

Out on the beach, Arthur's body is located by the escaping T. Ocellus. It takes the spot of one of his eyes before making the corpse sit upright.

In the meantime, more of Yutani's forces fly in, ready to infiltrate the island with another wave of mercenaries.

Wendy and the Lost Boys leave their prisoners in the holding cell-- Kirsh with his back broken; Boy tied to the bars; Dame seated, apologetic, and willing; Atom seated calmly and unable to rebel; and Morrow, chained securely. Wendy says that she figured out Boy's game-- he's not Peter Pan. After all, he was never really a boy; he was always a mean, angry little man who decided to hate everybody, just like his father.

Slightly informs Wendy that the Eye and the Plant Monster got away, but since they can't hurt them, they're fine. The Xenomorphs, climbing along the side of the cage, keep guard without harming the prisoners. The children ask what they do next and Wendy tells them that now, they rule.
