"Miami Vice" was a groundbreaking crime drama series that premiered in September of 1984 on CBS. The use of neon colors, scenes edited with MTV video cuts, bright Miami fashion, and a cinematic presentation set the series apart. Lead actor, Don Johnson, played the role of Sonny Crockett.

He was a detective who drove a 1986 Ferrari Testarossa and lived on a sailboat in Miami. Crockett had a pet alligator named Elvis who lived and protected his sailboat on the series.

If you were a Mafia kingpin in New Jersey where would you hold your primary headquarters? The producers of the HBO crime drama, "The Sopranos", chose to use a real life New Jersey club called Satin Dolls for their headquarters. In the series starring James Gandolfini as the lead character, Tony Soprano, they used a fictional strip club called Bada Bing as their meeting place and had a room in the back to conduct their business meetings.

The series ran from 1999 to 2007.

Despite containing a series of competitions in the highly popular Netflix series, the series is simply named "Squid Game". The South Korean thriller drama debuted in the United States in 2021 and was the streaming service's most watched series that year. "Squid Game" featured a survival competition where people who were down on their luck financially were willing to risk their lives to win the "Squid Game" and an outrageous sum of money. Each contestant was given a welcome card similar to the quiz picture with the three geometric symbols on it.

In addition, the guards on the island where the games took place wore iconic pink costumes with their faces covered. They each contained a symbol on their masks which included a triangle, square, or circle.

They symbols represented their rank with square being the highest level and circle representing the lowest ranking guards.

Peter Falk's most iconic acting role was that of Lieutenant Frank Columbo on the NBC series, "Columbo". The series was one of the most popular weekly dramas for most of the 1970s on network television. Columbo was famous for his catchphrase "just one more thing", his disheveled appearance including a wrinkly beige overcoat, and his rusty metallic dark grey 1959 Peugeot 403 Cabriolet.

William Ware Theiss designed the original uniforms on the iconic science fiction drama, "Star Trek". The crew of the Enterprise wore bold color-blocked tunics with charcoal slacks or mini skirts for the female crew members and each featured a chevron-like symbol called a Starfleet delta.

The uniform color schemes of the shirts determined their division. Gold (which often appeared green on television) was worn by command and helm. Blue was worn by medical and scientific staff members. Red was the color given to the operations, engineering, and security staff.

English actor Andrew Lincoln played the role of Rick Grimes on AMC's post-apocalyptic horror series "The Walking Dead". The primary series ran from 2010 to 2022. The series began with Sheriff Deputy Grimes encountering a zombie-like little girl named Summer carrying a teddy bear and Grimes was forced to shoot her dead.

The dark opening set the stage for an epic fight for survival for all of the humans who had not transformed. Rick Grimes worked for the King County's Sheriff Department. He wore an iconic brown felt Stetson Corral 4X cowboy hat with a King County star on front.

"Breaking Bad" told the story of a high school chemistry teacher named Walter White who discovered he had terminal cancer. To financially take care of his wife and disabled son, White teamed up with a former student named Jesse to manufacture and sell crystal meth. Walter created an alter ego criminal character named Heisenberg who wore a distinctive black pork pie hat with a flat top.

The crime drama series ran from 2008 to 2013 on AMC.

Following a 2004 film of the same name, "Friday Night Lights" was a popular television drama that aired from 2006 to 2011. Based on a novel of the same name, "Friday Night Lights" captured the passionate love for high school football in the Lone Star state.

The series featured the Panthers, a team from Denton, Texas. The series was originally on NBC and later The 101 Network. The story revolved around the Taylor family. Kyle Chandler played coach Eric Taylor and Connie Britton played his wife, Tami Taylor. One of the Dillon Panthers star players was running back Tim Riggins played by actor Taylor Kitsch.
