Byakuya Togami is really the Ultimate Imposter whose real name and backstory is not known. Unlike the real Byakuya, the Ultimate Imposter is overweight and constantly talks about eating and how big he is. As his free time events progress, he will tell Hajime that he is beginning to go crazy because there are no fast food places on the islands, despite the numerous other amenities.

If Hajime completes all of his free time events with Byakuya Togami, he will give him his favorite pair of undergarments: a pair of black briefs similar to those the real Byakuya wore in the first game.

Chiaki Nanami, the Ultimate Gamer, is, naturally, obsessed with playing video games. She often falls asleep while playing them because she never goes to bed. Sonia Nevermind, the Ultimate Princess, is from the fictional Novoselic Kingdom. Novoselic is home to many unusual customs. Kazuichi is something of an unsuccessful Casanova with an eye for the ladies, in particular Sonia. He tells Hajime that the ladies are the best thing about the field trip and constantly warns Hajime about pursuing the same girls he is into.

If Hajime completes all of Kazuichi's free time events, he will give him his favorite pair of underwear: a pair of colorful trunks popular with mechanics.

Nagito Komaeda, the Ultimate Lucky Student, also fancies himself as the Ultimate Hope. His antics during the course of the game anger his fellow students because he is always trying to cause despair to bring out hope. During his final free time event with Hajime, Nagito informs him that he has Stage 3 lymphoma and hope is keeping him alive. Soon after his diagnosis, Nagito was accepted into Hope's Peak Academy. He also tells Hajime that it is the same hope keeping the survivors (however many there may be at the time the players does the free time event) alive.

Nekomaru Nidai, the Ultimate Team Manager, is well known for his training skills. Athletics are his specialty but he will train any one in anything. During his free time with Hajime, Nekomaru will push Hajime in a serious of athletic feats. Should Hajime complete all of these events, he will reward Hajime with one of his signature massages.

If Hajime completes all of Nekomaru's free time events, he will give him his favorite pair of undergarments: a pair of white briefs worn only by the best athletic managers.
