The element is Boron and its chemical symbol is, of course, B. Chemical number 6 is Carbon (C), 7 is Nitrogen (N) and 8 is Oxygen (O).

According to Time Almanac for Kids 2002 "The 5th amendment says that every person has a right to a trial and to having his or her rights protected while waiting for trial.
