Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Iguazu National Park is located in Misiones Province, Argentina. An extraordinarily rich array of plants, animals and insects may be found in this park. Perhaps most spectacular of all are the Iguazu Falls which have been declared one of the "New Seven Wonders of Nature."

Please note that there are several different spellings for the falls. Iguazu Falls generally refers to the park situated in Argentina. Iguacu or Iguassu is the spelling for the falls as seen from across the border from Argentina. The Spanish name for the falls is, "Cataratas del Iguazú."
