Answer: Xanthan Gum

Xanthan gum can be used for many things, but mostly for salad dressings and thickening up sauces. The gum part of it is used for making things sticky, like pizza dough.
2. Italian Dumpling Soup

Answer: Xavier Soup

This soup sounds delicious! It's actually chicken soup with Parmesan dumplings added to it. Some people call it Xavier Suppe, versus soup. The soup was named for St. Francis Xavier. Every December 3, people would make the soup in his honor. Now it's called Feast Day.
3. Steak, asparagus and Swiss cheese

Answer: Xavier Steak

Looks like this could be a very easy recipe to make. Add the main three ingredients together, add a little Worcestershire sauce and olive oil and you have a delicious dinner!
4. Natural sugar substitute

This is actually a sugarless type of gum. Not only is this a great sweetener in the kitchen, but it is said to have health benefits as well. Some doctors recommend that you have at least one gram at least five times a day. It's not healthy for everyone, it's like poison to some animals.

When you hear African melon, you may hear about a large fruit on a vine. We call it a watermelon. It is very similar to a watermelon, both have hard green shells and red or pink on the inside, which is watery.
7. A small sardine-like fish

These fish can be found in the Atlantic Ocean or the Mediterranean Sea. The female fish lays between 50,000 and 60,000 eggsh. It's a form of a herring fish. Many people in the European countries like to eat this fish, since it's very low in cost.
8. Cocktail with brandy and gin

Not just any kind of brandy, but cherry brandy and yellow charteuse are added with the gin to give you the perfect cocktail!
9. Mexican salsa

Answer: Xnipec

This is a Yucatán type of salsa. You have your normal ingredients but add a little bit of orange juice and it becomes, Xni-Pec. Some use the hyphen in the name while others don't. Being a taco and Mexican food lover, I will attempt to make my own very soon.
10. Curry spice from India

Answer: Xacuti

India is known for its many spices. While you can use the spice for many types of meats, the main dishes you use it with are based on chicken or lamb.
