Answer: Newfoundland Screech

Newfoundland Screech is an alcoholic drink that comes with a rite of passage ceremony. 10. I am made with a soft yeast dough and shaped into a small round disc before being cooked, traditionally on a hot griddle. What is another name for this teatime treat which is served warm with a knob of fresh butter?

Answer: English muffin
