Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What event is taking place during the very first scene of the movie?

Answer: Homecoming

As the movie begins, we see a bunch of well-dressed students clearly enjoying a formal dance before the MC appears and announces the Homecoming King (Brad) and Queen (Britney). Britney's happiness soon turns sour, however, as during an impromptu cheer by the cheerleading squad, she becomes the focus of some unkind words from her fellow cheerleaders.

However, as befits the "Bring It On" series of movies, the very first scene is a dream sequence, and the movie starts proper with Britney waking up in class, realising that what we have just seen never really happened.
2. What is the name of the Pacific Vista High School cheerleading squad?

Answer: Pirates

We hear both the cheerleading and football squads referred to as the Pirates throughout the movie, as well as seeing the word "Pirates" in various places around Pacific Vista High School. A life-size pirate can also be seen in the school corridor as Britney, Amber, Winnie and Sierra walk from class at the start of the movie.
3. Who takes over as Pacific Vista cheerleading captain when Britney moves to Crenshaw Heights?

Answer: Winnie

As the cheerleading squad is chatting about Britney leaving, Winnie says that the squad don't have to worry as they already have a replacement captain - herself. Amber tells Winnie to get over herself, but Britney confirms that Winnie is right, as "Spirit law states that if the head cheerleader has to step down, the next cheerleader with the highest amount of votes is captain".
4. What cheerleading item does Britney bury as a promise to her Pacific Vista friends that she will never cheer again?

Answer: Pom poms

We see the Pacific Vista cheerleading team, wearing black armbands, standing round a mound of earth, reciting a "You're not a cheerleader any more" chant when Britney suddenly says "I can't do this", and starts to scrape away the mound of earth with her hands.

She eventually retrieves her "poor dead pom poms", much to Winnie's annoyance, as she demands that Britney "put them back", and the two end up in a tussle on the ground.
5. Where does Britney discover that Camille, Leti and Kirresha are cheerleaders?

Answer: In the dining hall

As Britney collects her meal in the dining hall on her first day at Crenshaw Heights, she sees Camille, Leti and Kirresha push two dining tables together and perform a new "My name is" cheer to the watching student body. As they get down from the tables, Britney says to Camille "I didn't know you were a cheerleader", to which Camille responds "I'm THE cheerleader. I'm captain".
6. What is the name of the Crenshaw Heights High School cheerleading squad?

Answer: Warriors

We hear both the cheerleading and football squads referred to as the Warriors throughout the movie, as well as seeing the word "Warriors" in various places around Crenshaw Heights High School, and on the cheerleaders' uniforms.
7. What are the Crenshaw Heights male cheerleaders doing when Britney turns up to the second practice session?

Answer: Krumping

As Britney enters the gym, the male and female cheerleaders are in separate groups. Britney approaches Leti and questions "Camille's not here yet?", to which Leti replies "No, she left me in charge". Britney then asks what the boys are doing, to which Leti replies "I don't know. Goofing around.

They never listen to me". Britney goes over to investigate, and, seeing the rough and tumble, believes the guys to be fighting, however Jesse tells her to chill, and informs her that they are in fact Krumping.
8. Which pop superstar is holding auditions to find a cheerleading squad to feature in her upcoming TV special?

Answer: Rihanna

Rihanna's upcoming TV special, and the auditions to find a cheerleading squad to feature in it are mentioned a number of times throughout the movie. Rihanna appears as herself in the movie during the audition scenes, and in the filming of her TV special scene right at the end of the movie where we see the Crenshaw Heights Warriors performing a routine behind her as she sings her song "Pon De Replay".
9. What excuse does Britney give for why she can't cheer at the football game on Friday?

Answer: Her dog died.

We see Britney on the phone to Amber, who reminds her about the Homecoming dance on Friday, prompting Britney to exclaim "I totally forgot about the dance, what am I going to do?". The following day we see Britney walk into class and advise Camille, Leti and Kirresha that she can't cheer at the game in Friday.

When questioned why, Britney advises the girls that her dog died, prompting Camille to say "You're missing our game for a dog?". Of course, Britney's lie catches up with her later in the movie.
10. Which cheerleading squad wins the audition and is chosen to appear in the TV special?

Answer: Crenshaw Heights

Having impressed at the auditions, both the Pacific Vista Pirates and the Crenshaw Heights Warriors are announced as finalists, and perform one last time in front of Rihanna. Both squads put on an outstanding and battling performance, providing Rihanna with an incredibly difficult decision.

Her decision is made easier, however, when Winnie shows her true colours, displaying bad sportsmanship and a generally bad attitude, and Rihanna announces the Crenshaw Heights Warriors as the winners.
