Anthony Hopkins received plaudits for his performance as Richard while Peter O'Toole became the second person (Bing Crosby was the first) to receive a Best Actor Oscar nomination a second time, for the same role.

He'd previously played Henry II in "Beckett" (1964)

Harry Morgan is General Stilton, who is determined to find out what energy source the vehicle uses. Needing a lot of gold to make his spaceship work, Jake the cat sets out to acquire a stockpile.

The cat decides it would be a good thing to stay on Earth (seeing he's fallen in love with Belle, a female cat belonging to the female scientist, Liz) and the space ship leaves without him.
9. David Niven & Toshiro Mifune (1975)

Answer: Paper Tiger

David Niven as Major Bradbury is hired to give English lessons to the son of the Japanese ambassador (Toshiro Mifune). He makes himself out to be many things but they're all a con. When he and the ambassador's son are kidnapped for apolitical gain, Bradbury needs to reveal the truth about himself and, in the process, grow a backbone. Directed by Ken Annakin, the film also stars Hardy Kruger and Ando.
10. Sean Connery & Brian Keith (1975)

Answer: The Wind & the Lion

Sean Connery is the leader of a Berber team of insurrectionist who seek to provoke an international incident in a bid to overthrow a corrupt government and kidnap an American woman (Candice Bergen) and her children. On the other side of the world, Theodore Roosevelt (Brian Keith) is looking to get himself re-elected and seeks a way to use this incident to his political advantage.

The film was a financial success, despite some stiff competition from a little Steven Spielberg blockbuster called "Jaws" and was also nominated for two Academy Awards.
