This was a reading by Kevin Haskins (drummer for all three bands) that they used as lyrics, done on the track "Exquisite Corpse," on the Bauhaus album "The Sky's Gone Out". "Exquisite Corpse" is the last track on the album.

This is from the song "Dog-End of a Day Gone By" by Love & Rockets. Love & Rockets was essentially Bauhaus minus singer Peter Murphy. However, they did form their own sound based on the collaboration between bassist David J and guitarist Daniel Ash. This song is from their first album "Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven".

This is from the song "Rain" by Tones on Tail. The band was made of Daniel Ash (guitars), Glen Campling (bass) and Kevin Haskins (drums). They only released two albums and multiple singles. The band was essentially a side project for Ash between Bauhaus and Love & Rockets.

"There's Only One" by Tones on Tail appears twice on their super album "Everything!" and back to back no less. The other version of this, "Now We Lustre" is a different mix of the original. They got the title from the original because it opens with Daniel Ash's overdubbed lyrics saying, "Now we lustre!"

Daniel Ash, the guitarist for all three bands, shows us his skills by muting his strings and playing an intense rhythm to only drumming for a few bars before breaking out into a full melody.
