The Hoodoo Gurus formed in 1981 and were an instant success with their debut single 'Leilani' which was released in 1982. 'Leilani' was followed by the even more brilliant 'Tojo'.
2. What was the name of the Hoodoo Gurus first LP record?

Answer: 'Stoneage Romeos'

'Stoneage Romeos', released in 1984, include classic such as 'I Want You Back', 'Leilani', 'Tojo' and 'My Girl'.
3. On what album was the song 'Miss Freelove '69' on?

Answer: 'Kinky'

First line of the song should have given away the answer - 'I bet you think I'm kinky right...' The album also included songs such as 'A Place in the Sun' and '1000 Miles Away'.

Sadly for all the Gurus fans in Australia and overseas, the Hoodoo Gurus broke up in 1998 after 17 years together. However, all went on to pursue other projects. However, the band did release a 2 CD greatest hits compilation in 2000 called 'Ampology'.
