Heart scored a top five with "Magic Man" in1975 and followed in 1976 with "Barracuda" which peaked at number eleven. "Barracuda" has been entered in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a single that helped shape Rock and Roll.
2. Queen of the Hop

Answer: If I Were A Carpenter

Bobby Darin was a multi instrumentalist, singer, composer, consummate performer and actor. Bobby took "Queen of the Hop" to the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1958 as a follow up to his earlier hit "Splish Splash". In 1966 his version of Tim Hardin's "If I Were A Carpenter" made the top ten. Darin had 40 songs make the Hot 100 and ten made the top ten including his number one "Mack the Knife" in 1959.
3. Come Dancing

Answer: Tired of Waiting for You

The Kinks hit the pop scene in 1964 with the number one UK hit "You Really Got Me". They followed with "All Day and All of the Night", number two in the UK and "Tired of Waiting for You" which hit number one in early 1965. All three of these tunes made the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100. "Come Dancing" was the most recent top ten entry on the Billboard Hot 100 for The Kinks occurring in 1982.
4. Rock and Roll All Nite

Answer: Beth

Kiss achieved their biggest chart success in the USA with "Beth" which reached number six on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1976. Their best known songs are "Rock and Roll All Nite", "I Was Made For Loving you" and "Sure Know Something". KISS have released over 60 singles, over 40 have made the Billboard Hot 100, they have released over 40 Albums.
5. Party Doll

Steve Lawrence released "Party Doll" in 1957 the record reached number five on the billboard charts, the original by Buddy Knox had reached number one a few weeks earlier. "Footsteps" was a top ten on the billboard Hot 100 in 1962 for Steve Lawrence, who had further top ten hits with, "Pretty Blue Eyes" and "Portrait of My Love".

His biggest hit occurred in 1962 with the often recorded "Go Away Little Girl" which he took to number one On the Billboard Hot 100. Steve recorded and often performed with his wife, Eydie Gorme. Donny Osmond had a number one hit with "Go Away Little Girl" in the 1970s.
6. Secretly

Jimmie Rodgers scored a top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1958 with "Secretly"
He had scored a number one the previous year with "Honeycomb". From 1957 through 1964 Jimmie charted top 40 hits with "Oh-Oh, I'm Falling In love Again", "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine", "Are You Really Mine, "Bimbombey", "Tucumcari", "The World I Used to Know" and "Just A Closer Walk With Thee". The last song mentioned was a number one in Australia in 1960.
In 1962 Jimmie had a top ten in the UK and Australia with "English Country Garden" which was not released in the USA as a single.
7. Our House

Answer: Teach Your Children

Crosby, Stills & Nash formed in the late 1960s from three other groups, David Crosby from the Byrds, Stephen Stills from Buffalo Springfield and Graham Nash from The Hollies. The vocal harmonies of these three quickly gelled and they made their first major public performance was at the Woodstock music festival. "Our House" and "Teach Your Children", along with "Woodstock" were all top forty hits and all appeared on their second album, "Deja Vu". Primarily an 'Album' band Crosby Stills and Nash with their oft times collaborator Neil Young helped foster the FM radio boom of the 1970s and 80s, where many album tracks received air time that in the past they had not, as radio stations preferred less than three minute single top forty hits.
8. Stairway to Heaven

Neil Sedaka a prolific hit maker and songwriter in the early sixties had a 1960 top ten hit with "Stairway to Heaven". Neil had a number one hit in 1975 with "Bad Blood" which spent three weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100. Some of Neil's other hits include, "Stupid Cupid" (also a top twenty hit for Connie Francis), "Little Devil", "Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen", "Calendar Girl" and "Oh! Carol" to name a few. Neil was equally popular in the UK and Australia and had number one hits in both countries.
9. Can't Get Used to Losing You

Answer: A Fool Never Learns

Andy Williams Started recording in 1944 as one of the Williams Brothers where they backed Bing Crosby on the Oscar winning song "Swinging on a Star" for the movie "Going My Way" By 1955, Andy, by then a solo act, had a recording contract with Cadence records which produced hits like "Canadian Sunset" and "Butterfly" In 1962 Andy took "Can't Get Used to Losing You" to number two on the Billboard Hot 100 (Cashbox has it at number one) and then in 1964 he had a top hit with "A Fool Never Learns" which made it to number twelve on the Hot 100.

In a career that lasted 74 years Andy charted 50 times on the Billboard Hot 100 and 40 times on the Album charts.
10. Listen to the Music

Answer: Black Water

The Doobie Brothers in their long career charted 20 albums and 30 singles on the Billboard charts. Their singles include "Listen to the Music","Jesus Is Just Alright","Rockin' Down the Highway", "China Grove", "Black Water" a number one in 1974, "Take Me in Your Arms (Rock Me)", "Takin' It to the Streets" and "What a Fool Believes" also a number one.
