Answer: Pablo Picasso

Picasso was born with a great talent that was given free rein by his father, who when Pablo was 13, stopped painting as his son was already a better artist. Masterpieces such as "First Communion" and "Portrait Of Aunt Pepa" (both 1896) were painted when Picasso was still a teenager and he continued to delight the art world, right up until his death in 1973.
His most famous painting is probably "Guernica" (1937) which, after many years of being exhibited in New York's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) found a new home in the in the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid in 1992.
2. Presenter on children's TV show, "Blue Peter" between 1967 and 1978.

Answer: Peter Purves

Purves first appeared on UK TV screens in the 1960s as a companion to the first incarnation of the Doctor in "Doctor Who". He then went on to achieve a household name level of fame, when he presented "Blue Peter" alongside John Noakes and Valerie Singleton.

He cemented that special place in animal loving UK hearts by presenting coverage of the dog show, Crufts on TV as well as acting as judge in some categories,

Pol Pot was the leader of the Khmer Rouge, a communist regime that ruled Cambodia between 1975 and 1979. After a bloody civil war, the Khmer Rouge captured the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh in 1975 and began changing Cambodia to match their vision. Money, private property and religion were all abolished and all citizens of cities and towns were forced to leave in order to work in agricultural communes.
Many thousands of people died, either from starvation or at the hands of Pot's forces, until he was overthrown by Vietnamese forces in 1979.

Born in November 1977 to Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips, Peter is the Queen's oldest grandchild. In 2008, he married the Canadian Autumn Kelly whom he had met at the 2003 Montreal Grand Prix, while he was working for Williams F1 as an accounts manager. Although at the time of his birth he was fifth in line to the throne, subsequent royal births meant that by the time their first child, Savannah, was born (the Queen's first great-grandchild) in December 2010, he was 15th in line. Pogba joined the youth set up at Manchester United in 2009 at 16 years old, and although he broke into the first team, he made just three appearances and didn't really impress, so was allowed to move to Juventus of Italy on a free transfer in 2012.
After four seasons at Juventus, he was a world beater, and Manchester United wanted him back, a move which happened in 2016, for a fee of £89.3 million (105 million euros), which by 2019 was still the highest transfer fee paid by an English club.
In four seasons at Juventus, Pogba won four consecutive Serie A titles, in addition to two Coppa Italia and two Supercoppa Italiana titles. With Manchester United, he has won just the EFL Cup and the Europa League between 2016 and 2019.

Twenty-four years in "Coronation Street" is long enough to live several lives of normal people. In her role as Elsie Tanner, Phoenix had countless jobs, from a low paid factory machinist to the owner of a bar and also found time to marry four times. Not that her love life away from the "Street" was any less exciting, as Phoenix was married three times in real life.

Her second marriage between 1972 and 1979 was to actor Alan Browning, who played her "Coronation Street" husband, Alan Howard between 1970 and 1978.

Her third husband (1986-2017) was also an actor, Tony Booth who was perhaps better known for being the father in law of prime minister, Tony Blair.

Perabo made it big in "Coyote Ugly" but then made several not as successful movies before being cast in "Cheaper By The Dozen" (2003) and its 2005 sequel, both starring Steve Martin.
She was cast, in 2010 as Annie Walker, the lead character in TV show, "Covert Affairs" and played this part for five seasons, until the show was cancelled. It was for this role that she was nominated for a Golden Globe in 2011 for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Drama, ultimately losing out to Katey Sagal for her role in "Sons Of Anarchy".
8. Bass player that played with The Who from 2002 following the death of John Entwistle.

Answer: Pino Palladino

Palladino was well known to music fans for his work with Paul Young, Paul Rodgers and Gary Numan, when he was asked by The Who to fill in for John Entwistle who had died the night before their 2002 tour.
The band members were impressed by his playing as well as his personality and that tour fill in gig turned into a 14 year stay, culminating in the tour titled, "Back to the Who Tour 51!".
For the Who's 2019 tour, "Moving On!", it was announced that Jon Button will be playing bass.

Answer: Priscilla Presley

Priscilla first met Elvis Presley when he was in the U.S. Army and she was just 14 years old. Romance blossomed and by 1962, when she was 17, they were a dating couple, but not allowed by her parents to live together until she had graduated high school. By 1967 they were married and in 1968, welcomed their daughter, Lisa-Marie into the world. In 1973, Priscilla and Presley divorced, but remained close friends, and she never remarried, although she did have relationships with lawyer Robert Kardashian and movie producer, Marco Garibaldi.

She also starred in the "Naked Gun" series of movies and spent five years playing the part of Jenna Wade in TV show, "Dallas" (1983-1988).

Answer: Philip Pullman

Pullman's trilogy, "His Dark Materials" is a young adult series consisting of "Northern Lights" (1995), which was published as "The Golden Compass" in North America, "The Subtle Knife" (1997), and "The Amber Spyglass" (2000). The first book in the trilogy won the Carnegie Medal in 1995, as the year's outstanding English language children's book, while a film adaptation of the first book, starring Nicole Kidman, Ian McKellen. Daniel Craig and Sam Elliott was released in 2007, but wasn't as successful as had been hoped.
