It shows a flashback in "Becoming" of when Angel first saw Buffy. He saw her in front of her school in Los Angeles.

In the episode "Angel" Buffy and Angel share a kiss, but then Angel vamps out and scares Buffy. Later in the episode, she learns that Angel isn't evil. He has a soul. At the end of the episode, they share another kiss.

Answer: No

Their first kiss was in "Angel". They kissed then Angel vamped out and scared Buffy. Then later she finds out about the curse. At the end they kiss.(Info is pretty much the same as the above question.)
