Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Captain, where there's a will, there's an or...way."

Answer: 1969

This was in "1969", Jack replyed with the above quote after Sam said "Sir, you can't just will something to happen because you want it to be a certain way." He demanded that Sam give him an "or" option in apposed to spending the rest of thier lives in the past.
2. "So help me, if I wake up, and I'm singing soprano..."

Answer: Seth

This quote was taken from "Seth". Jack said this just as he was being infected with the nish'ta, Seth's controlling agent, just before he passed out. Earlier in the episode Daniel comments that the male followers of Seth, and other Egyptian gods, that were located inside the compound, were turned into eunuchs.
3. "Hypnosis? You know I'm not a big fan of that bark like a chicken cluck like a dog stuff."

Answer: Fire and Water

This was in "Fire and Water". SG-1 had been given false memories of Daniel's death, and their actual memories were starting to conflict with the real ones. Dr. Mackenzie then suggested hypnosis, in order to find out what really happened. Jack then responded with the above quote.
4. "Didn't I order you to get a life?"

Answer: The Other Side

This was Jack's response to Sam after she tells him that she hadn't left the SGC yet, she then simply responded "Yes Sir".
5. "Oh please, the Pentagon's lost entire countries."

Answer: The Torment of Tantalus

This was during the teaser part of the episode. Jack found Daniel reviewing videos of past gate experiments that the Pentagon sent. Daniel commented that there was no files or reports as to why they gave up. Jack told him that there could be boxes of material missing. Daniel said that the Pentagon had told him that it was everything. To which Jack responded with the above.
6. "I have great confidence in you, Carter. Go on back to the SGC and ... confuse Hammond."

Answer: Red Sky

This was in "Red Sky". Sam had just given a very confusing visual explanation to Jack and Daniel, on how to possibly fix the Catal sun, using apples and pares. Jack and Daniel just stood there, and they looked so confused! Sam went on to explain that this was all very theoretical, but Jack interrupted her with the above statement.
7. "General Hammond, request permission to beat the crap out of this man."

Answer: Bane

Jack said this to General Hammond in reference to Colonel Maybourne, when he learned that Teal'C was being transferred to Harry's custody for research. Maybourne then looked up at Hammond with a very nervous look, as if he expected him to say yes.
8. "Lose it? It means go crazy, nuts, insane, bonzo, no longer in possession of one's faculties, three fries short of a Happy Meal WACKO!"

Answer: Window of Opportunity

Jack said this to Teal'C in "Window of Opportunity". They were both stuck in the time loops, and were helping Daniel with ancient text translations in order to figure a way out of the loops. Jack told Teal'C that if they didn't find a way out of this soon, he was going to loose it. Teal'c then asked him what "lose it" meant.
9. "Is that a money-back-if-your-not-completely-alive guarantee?"

Answer: Pretense

Jack said this to Narim. One of the Tollen devices had just disabled all of SG-1's weapons, and Narim told Jack that no harm would come to them. Jack responded with the above quote, but only received a reluctant glance from Narim.
10. "You know that 'we come in peace' business? Bite me."

Answer: Newground

Jack said this in "New Ground". SG-1 (minus Teal'C) had been captured and placed in those little cages. Daniel had been just brought back from a rather rough interrogation, and was not looking happy. Jack then said this to Rigar, one of the Bedrosian officials.
